新社会阶层:当代中国社会治理新界面

【摘要】："新社会阶层"研究中存在着"中等收入群体(阶层)"和"阶级阶层"两个基本理论视角和理论范式。尽管从学术角度看,"新社会阶层"概念尚存在很多可商榷之处,但其理论价值在于,它关注的是在传统"敌对阶级"概念框架之外形成的新社会阶层。新社会阶层的形成,意味着中国社会阶级阶层关系和结构的根本变革。伴随市场化改革和经济—社会发展的是社会的日益分化,阶级阶层结构和相互关系也日益复杂化。新社会阶层的形成以及随之出现的社会阶层化,一方面有助于利益表达的组织化和社会的再组织化;另一方面,如何将日益分化的阶级阶层整合起来,特别是整合到社会的核心结构中来,也是当期和未来中国社会转型面临的更加严峻的挑战。因此,有必要重新系统地审视中国社会结构的变革和阶级阶层理论的发展。
[Abstract]:There are two basic theoretical perspectives and theoretical paradigms of "middle income group (stratum)" and "class stratum" in the study of "New Social Stratum". Although from the academic point of view, the concept of "new social stratum" is still open to question, its theoretical value is that it focuses on the new social stratum formed outside the framework of the traditional concept of "hostile class". The formation of the new social stratum means the fundamental transformation of the social class-stratum relationship and structure in China. Along with the marketization reform and the economic-social development, the society is increasingly divided, the class-class structure and the mutual relations are becoming more and more complicated. On the one hand, the formation of the new social stratum and its attendant social stratification will help to organize the expression of interests and reorganize the society; on the other hand, how to integrate the increasingly divided class and stratum, In particular, integration into the core structure of the society is also a more severe challenge facing the current and future social transformation in China. Therefore, it is necessary to re-examine the transformation of Chinese social structure and the development of class theory.
