尼泊尔大会党的历史、现状及前景

【摘要】：尼泊尔大会党是尼泊尔政坛的重要政治力量。在70余年的发展历程中,尼泊尔大会党形成了以"民主主义、民族主义和社会主义"为主要内容的理论主张和完善的组织体系。尼泊尔大会党对推进尼泊尔民主化进程作出了重大贡献。尽管自称是一个"社会主义党",但在尼泊尔政治光谱中,大会党仍属于右翼。从尼泊尔国内形势看,大会党将保持与尼共(毛主义中心)的合作。基于现实主义考量,大会党将继续维持与印度的密切关系,同时发展与中国的友好关系。
[Abstract]:The Nepalese Congress Party is an important political force in Nepalese politics. In the course of development for more than 70 years, the Nepalese Congress Party has formed a theoretical proposition and a perfect organizational system with "Democracy, nationalism and Socialism" as the main content. The Nepali Congress Party has made significant contributions to the democratization process in Nepal. Despite calling itself a socialist party, the APC remains on the right in Nepal's political spectrum. From Nepal's domestic situation, the Congress party will maintain cooperation with CPN (Maoist Center). Based on realism, the Congress will continue to maintain close relations with India and develop friendly relations with China.
