“夕阳互助之家”—延吉市进学街道文河社区空巢老人互助养老项目书

【摘要】：我国步入老龄化社会这个情况已毋庸置疑,全社会如今都在探讨如何解决庞大的老龄人口给社会带来的压力,传统的一些养老方式已经无法适应当下的情况,一些新兴的养老方式虽然开展起来但问题重重,本文开展的互助养老项目正是新兴的养老方式其中的一种,通过在社区内开展以小组活动为基础的活动培养小组成员的互助养老能力,在小组成员形成一种固定的互助模式的同时,小组成员之间可以进行一系列的真正贴近生活的帮助,这种搭伴养老的方式将有利于他们解决当下面临的系列的养老困境。此次项目起名“夕阳互助之家”正是招募了十名有意愿解决生活当中遇到养老问题的空巢老人,而空巢老人在如今的老人群体中也是非常具有代表性的一个群体,通过引导这一小组内成员实行互助,解决小组内部成员的一部分养老问题,这也证明了互助养老在当今的情况下是切实可行的。但在开展此次活动的过程当中我们也发现了许多的问题,在社区内开展互助养老还有许多不足之处,需要社工以及相关部门的共同努力才能够完善和解决。
[Abstract]:There is no doubt that our country has stepped into an aging society. The whole society is now discussing how to solve the pressure on the society caused by a large number of elderly people. Some traditional ways of providing for the aged have been unable to adapt to the current situation. Although some new forms of old-age support have been developed, they are full of problems. The mutual support programs carried out in this paper are just one of the new forms of old-age support. By developing activities based on group activities within the community to foster the ability of group members to support each other, while the group members form a fixed pattern of mutual assistance, there is a range of really close to life assistance among the group members. This way of supporting the elderly will help them to solve the series of pension difficulties they are facing. The project, named "Sunset Mutual help Home," is precisely the recruitment of 10 empty-nesters who have the will to solve the problem of providing for the aged in their daily lives, and the empty-nest elderly are also a very representative group among today's elderly people. By guiding the members of the group to help each other, we can solve the problem of providing for the aged part of the members of the group, which also proves that mutual support is feasible in the present situation. But in the process of carrying out this activity, we also found a lot of problems, there are many deficiencies in the community to carry out mutual support for the aged, it needs the joint efforts of social workers and relevant departments to improve and solve.
