论协调推进“四个全面”需把握好的重大关系

【摘要】：协调推进"四个全面"战略布局,必须从世界眼光、战略思维、人民立场出发,将实践论、发展论、辨证法有机结合起来,充分考虑各项改革举措之间的关联性、耦合性。努力做到顶层设计与基层探索契合、整体推进与重点突破配套、法治与德治相结合、目标导向与问题导向统一。总揽全局,协调各方,最大限度减少阻力,全面协调推进。
[Abstract]:To coordinate and advance the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, we must proceed from the world perspective, strategic thinking and people's stand, combine practice theory, development theory and dialectical method organically, and fully consider the correlation and coupling among all reform measures. Strive to achieve the top-level design and grass-roots exploration fit, the overall promotion and key breakthrough matching, the rule of law and rule by virtue, goal oriented and problem-oriented unity. Take the overall situation, coordinate all parties, minimize resistance, and promote in a comprehensive and coordinated manner.
