改革开放以来党的知识分子政策及其实践意义研究

【摘要】：中国的知识分子问题一直是一个比较特殊的历史问题,回顾历史各个时期,知识分子在推动中国革命和社会主义建设中都扮演着非常重要的角色,这也使知识分子与党的事业的兴衰直接联系在了一起。改革开放给中国带来的是翻天覆地的变化,而对改革开放以来党的知识分子政策的研究是十分重要的,在对知识分子政策理解和落实的同时,可以更好地对知识分子起到一个引导作用,也为中国特色社会主义事业的全面建设起到积极推进作用。随着改革开放不断地深入,市场开放化的同时伴随的是社会主义市场经济体制的建立,在这一阶段,知识分子队伍的社会地位以及在社会实践等方面发挥的作用也必将会发生深刻的变化。因此,有关知识分子的政策和新时期的市场经济是否相适应,对中国特色社会主义事业的蓬勃发展起到了重要的影响。纵观历史的发展,在各个阶段党的知识分子政策中,改革开放以来党的知识分子政策无疑是贯彻和落实最完善的阶段,“尊重知识、尊重人才”成为新时期党的知识分子政策的核心,在这一时期知识分子队伍的地位也得到了前所未有的提高,知识分子政策在不断发展和丰富完善的同时,也促进了社会主义现代化事业的发展。本文的主要内容是对改革开放以来党的知识分子政策进行了研究和论述,通过研究改革开放以来党的知识分子政策的演变历程,总结出重要的理论意义和实践意义,对新时期党的知识分子政策的继续发展提供一些启示。本文分为四个部分,第一部分是对改革开放以来党的知识分子政策的背景、意义、研究现状和研究方法进行了总体概括;第二部分阐述知识分子的涵义和马克思恩格斯、列宁以及毛泽东有关知识分子的思想理论;第三部分是对改革开放以来党的知识分子政策核心内容的系统梳理以及发展变化过程的论述;第四部分论述了改革开放以来党的知识分子政策的实践经验及启示。
[Abstract]:The question of intellectuals in China has always been a relatively special historical issue. Looking back at the various periods of history, intellectuals have played a very important role in promoting the Chinese revolution and socialist construction. This also made intellectuals and the rise and fall of the cause of the party directly linked. What the reform and opening up has brought to China is an earth-shaking change, and the study of the party's intellectual policy since the reform and opening up is very important. While understanding and implementing the intellectual policy, It can play a leading role for intellectuals and promote the overall construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the opening up of the market is accompanied by the establishment of a socialist market economic system. At this stage, The social status of intellectuals and their role in social practice are bound to undergo profound changes. Therefore, the policy of intellectuals and the market economy in the new period have played an important role in the vigorous development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Throughout history, in all stages of the party's intellectual policy, the party's intellectual policy since the reform and opening up is undoubtedly the most perfect stage to carry out and implement, "respect knowledge, Respect for talents "has become the core of the party's intellectual policy in the new period, and the position of the intellectual contingent has also been improved unprecedented in this period. While the intellectual policy is constantly developing and enriching and perfecting, It also promoted the development of socialist modernization. The main content of this paper is to study and discuss the intellectual policy of the Party since the reform and opening up, through the study of the evolution of the intellectual policy of the Party since the reform and opening up, summed up the important theoretical and practical significance. For the new period of the party's intellectual policy to continue to provide some enlightenment. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is a general summary of the background, significance, research status and research methods of the Party's intellectual policy since the reform and opening up. The second part expounds the meaning of intellectuals, Marx and Engels, Lenin and Mao Zedong's thought theory about intellectuals; The third part discusses the core contents of the Party's intellectual policy since the reform and opening up, and discusses the process of development and change, and the fourth part discusses the practical experience and enlightenment of the Party's intellectual policy since the reform and opening up.
