锦州市国营养老机构护理服务研究

【摘要】：目前,我国正处在人口老龄化的严重时期,未富先老已经成为我国发展的主要趋势。养老服务难题日趋凸显,这必然使每个家庭的养老负担加重,给居家养老带来了巨大的冲击。在养老模式的选择中,越来越多的人选择机构养老模式,国营养老机构作为机构养老的主要方式,其护理服务质量越来越成为人们关注的主要问题。但由于受到护理服务等种种原因的限制,国营养老机构目前还不能较好的满足老年人的需要。锦州是我国较早进入老龄化的城市,老年人口数量多,增长快,空巢老人明显增多,致使老年人在生活服务、医疗护理、文化娱乐等方面的需求不断增加,这必然给社会的养老带来了严重的负担。通过本文的研究,对提高国营养老机构的服务水平有着重要的意义。本文主要以锦州市养老院这所国营养老机构的个案为研究对象,采用质化的研究方法,应用访谈法,主要以入住老年人,护理人员和工作人员为研究对象,研究锦州市养老院的护理服务现状,存在的问题以及解决的办法。具体研究了基本生活照料,医疗保健护理,安全护理,休闲娱乐活动服务,心理健康服务方面的服务情况,并在调查访谈中发现了锦州市养老院存在的一系列问题,例如:作为国营养老机构中服务的使用者老人和服务的提供者护理人员和工作人员对于服务质量方面存在着差异,养老机构规模不足,设施简陋,服务项目单一,护理人员缺乏,政策扶持力度不够等。针对这些问题,提出了一些建议和措施,增加资金建设,在养老院中逐渐化解老人和工作人员以及工作人员内部出现的矛盾,并且要建立以老人为导向的服务机制,加大对护理人员的培训力度,从政策法规上对养老机构的护理服务提出要求,并且要培育中介组织,加大志愿者队伍,完善服务标准化体系建设等。这些都需要政府,社会和养老机构自身共同努力,从而提高养老机构老年人的生活质量,促进家庭和谐,使国营养老机构更好的发展。这对于实现锦州市老龄事业与经济社会协调发展具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the serious period of population aging, it has become the main trend of the development of our country before becoming rich. The problem of old-age service is becoming more and more prominent, which will inevitably aggravate the burden of each family and bring a huge impact to the aged at home. In the choice of old-age model, more and more people choose the institutional old-age model. As the main way of institutional old-age care, the quality of nursing service has become the main concern of people. However, due to the limitation of nursing services and other reasons, state-owned pension institutions can not meet the needs of the elderly. Jinzhou is an early aging city in China, with a large number of elderly population, rapid growth, and an obvious increase in empty nesters, resulting in an increasing demand for elderly people in life services, medical care, culture and entertainment, etc. This will inevitably bring a serious burden to the social endowment. Through the research of this paper, it is of great significance to improve the service level of state-owned pension institutions. This article mainly takes the Jinzhou nursing home as the case study object, adopts the qualitative research method, applies the interview method, mainly takes the old people, the nursing staff and the staff as the research object. The present situation, problems and solutions of nursing service in Jinzhou nursing home were studied. This paper specifically studies the basic life care, health care, safety care, leisure and entertainment services, mental health services, and found a series of problems in Jinzhou nursing home in the investigation and interview. For example, there are differences in the quality of services between the elderly, the users of the services and the providers of services, the size of the pension institutions, the poor facilities, and the single service line. Lack of nursing staff, insufficient policy support and so on. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to increase the construction of funds, gradually defuse the contradictions between the elderly and the staff in the nursing home, and establish a service mechanism that is guided by the elderly. The training of nursing staff should be strengthened, the nursing service of the old-age institution should be required from the policy and regulation, the intermediary organization should be cultivated, the team of volunteers should be increased, and the construction of service standardization system should be perfected and so on. All these need the joint efforts of the government, society and pension institutions to improve the quality of life of the elderly, promote family harmony, and make the state-owned pension institutions better development. This is of great significance for realizing the coordinated development of the cause of aging and economic and social development in Jinzhou.
