济南市养老社区规划研究

【摘要】：随着我国老龄化问题的日益加重,社会的养老问题逐渐凸显。城市养老社区作为-种新兴的养老方式,集居家养老具有亲情慰藉、不割断社会交往的优势与机构养老具有医疗护理服务、不拖累家人的优势于一体,可以为老年人提供多种类型的养老选择。本文首先通过对国内外养老社区的相关理论及规划建设实践进行研究分析,归纳出城市养老社区的定义及特征,并概括出城市养老社区在规划建设中的经验与教训,总结关于养老社区规划建设的启示。同时,以济南市作为本文的研究对象,通过对济南市社会老龄化现状、养老社区需求及养老社区建设现状进行分析,并在此基础上,从养老社区区位选址与规模、养老社区总体布局等方面对济南市养老社区规划进行探究。论文的第一章是绪论部分,总结养老社区的研究背景,提出论文研究内容及研究框架,并指出所采用的研究方法。第二章是理论研究,界定养老社区的涵义及特征,并分析国内外养老社区的相关理论。第三章是实践研究,总结国内外养老社区规划建设实践,并对典型案例予以分析,总结规划经验及教训。第四章是济南市养老社区现状调查与需求分析研究,分析老年人生理、心理特征及济南市社会老龄化现状,并通过发放调查问卷及进行实地调研等方式调查济南养老社区需求及建设现状。第五章是区位选址与规模研究,结合GIS技术,具体研究济南市养老社区的区位选择。第六章是规划设计研究,从养老社区的功能分区、道路与交通组织等多方面提出济南市养老社区规划建议。
[Abstract]:Along with the aging problem of our country aggravates day by day, the social old-age problem becomes more and more prominent. As a new way of providing for the aged, the urban old-age community has the comfort of family feeling, the advantages of social communication and the medical and nursing services of the institutional pension, and does not drag on the advantages of the family in one, and the old-age community in the city is a new way of providing old-age care. Can provide the elderly with a variety of old-age options. Firstly, through the research and analysis of the relevant theories and planning and construction practice of the old-age community at home and abroad, this paper concludes the definition and characteristics of the urban old-age community, and generalizes the experience and lessons of the urban old-age community in the planning and construction of the old-age community. Summarize the inspiration about the planning and construction of the old-age community. At the same time, taking Jinan as the research object of this article, through the analysis of the current situation of social aging in Jinan, the needs of the old-age community and the present situation of the construction of the old-age community, and on this basis, from the location and scale of the old-age community, The overall layout of the old-age community and other aspects of Jinan City to explore the planning of the old-age community. The first chapter is the introduction, which summarizes the research background of the old-age community, puts forward the research contents and research framework, and points out the research methods used. The second chapter is the theoretical research, defines the meaning and characteristics of the old-age community, and analyzes the relevant theories of the old-age community at home and abroad. The third chapter is the practice research, summarizes the domestic and foreign old-age community planning construction practice, and carries on the analysis to the typical case, summarizes the planning experience and the lesson. The fourth chapter is the investigation and demand analysis of the elderly community in Jinan, which analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly and the current situation of social aging in Jinan. And through the distribution of questionnaires and on-the-spot research and other ways to investigate the needs of the elderly community in Jinan and the construction of the status quo. The fifth chapter is the location and scale research, combining with the GIS technology, the specific study of the location choice of the old-age community in Jinan. The sixth chapter is the planning design research, from the old-age community function division, the road and the traffic organization and so on many aspects put forward Jinan city old-age community planning suggestion.
