【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记就扶贫开发工作发表的一系列重要讲话,所形成的完整的"精准扶贫"思想体系,是我国扶贫攻坚的工作指导思想,保障了我国扶贫攻坚实施的精准发力、按期完成阶段性的目标任务,确保到2020年全面建成小康社会,实现第一个百年奋斗目标。"精准扶贫"思想体系是习近平治国理政新理念、新思想、新实践的重要组成部分,丰富和充实了中国特色社会主义建设理论与实践的内涵。
