【摘要】:公务员考录制度作为公务员制度的门槛,在一定意义上决定了公务员的个人能力和公务员整个团队的综合素质。英国是现代意义上公务员制度的起源国家,已建立了较为全面和完善的国家文官制度,被许多国家效仿和借鉴。本文首先介绍英国公务员考录的流程和考选方式,并对其进行评价。最后为我国公务员考录制度的改革提出一些借鉴和启示,达到进一步完善我国公务员考录制度的目的。
[Abstract]:As the threshold of the civil service system, the civil servant examination system determines the individual ability of the civil servant and the comprehensive quality of the whole civil servant team in a certain sense. Britain is the origin country of the civil servant system in the modern sense. A more comprehensive and perfect national civil service system has been established, which has been emulated and used for reference by many countries. Firstly, this paper introduces the process and selection method of the examination of British civil servants. Finally, the author puts forward some reference and enlightenment for the reform of the civil servant examination system in our country, in order to further perfect the civil servant examination and record system in our country.
