美国“反建制主义”传统与“特朗普现象”

【摘要】：美国自立国以来,在"自由、平等、个人主义和法治"等精神的鼓舞下,一直具有深厚的"反威权主义"传统。历史上曾经出现了四次"反建制主义"高涨期,通过改革或革命推动社会的变革与前进。如今,以"特朗普现象"为代表的新一轮"反建制主义"运动再现,此次高潮既继承了历史传统,也体现出新的时代特点,并对美国内外政策、中美关系产生深刻影响。在此背景下,特朗普政府的对华政策出现大幅度调整,对此,中国可保持战略耐心,理性应对,并积极构建"不冲突、不对抗、相互尊重、合作共赢"的新型双边关系。
[Abstract]:Since its independence, the United States, inspired by the spirit of "freedom, equality, individualism and rule of law", has always had a deep tradition of "anti-authoritarianism".In history, there have been four periods of anti-institutionalism, which promote social change and progress through reform or revolution.Today, a new round of anti-establishment movement, represented by the "Trump phenomenon," is reproduced. This climax not only inherits the historical tradition but also embodies the new characteristics of the times, and has a profound impact on the policies of the United States at home and abroad and on Sino-US relations.In this context, the Trump administration's China policy has been greatly adjusted, and China can maintain strategic patience and rational response, and actively build a new bilateral relationship of "no conflict, no confrontation, mutual respect and win-win cooperation."
