【摘要】：正"空谈误国,实干兴邦"是中国崛起的一条重要经验。其实,"空谈误国"也是世界各国治国理政的一条普遍规律,对西方国家同样适用。西方陷入今天的金融危机、债务危机和经济危机,很大程度上也有"空谈误国"的因素。如果西方体制无法克服自己所患的"空谈误国"症,那么西方整体走衰的速度还将加快。西方"空谈误国"症的主要症状有:
