[Abstract]:On March 5, 2013, President Ch 谩 vez died after 14 years in power, marking the beginning of a post-Chavez era. On March 7, the Latin American Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences held a seminar on "Venezuela's political changes in the post-Chavez era and its international impact" on the political uncertainty caused by Ch 谩 vez's death.
