国外社会政策的经验

【摘要】：正社会政策是现代国家的一项核心职能。联合国在上世纪90年代也提出了"发展型社会政策"的理念。从研究和借鉴的角度出发,将社会福利政策引入我国的社会发展实践,对探索和完善我国的社会发展具有重要的现实意义。(一)惠及各阶层的社会福利政策更有利于社会的和谐与稳定以瑞典、丹麦等北欧国家为代表的社会福利政策,不仅体现在福利对象覆盖面上的普遍性和福利待遇的
[Abstract]:Positive social policy is a core function of modern country. The United Nations also put forward the concept of "developmental social policy" in the 1990 s. From the point of view of research and reference, it is of great practical significance to introduce social welfare policy into the practice of social development in China. (1) Social welfare policies that benefit all levels of society are more conducive to social harmony and stability, as represented by Sweden, Denmark and other Nordic countries, not only in terms of the universality of the coverage of welfare objects, but also in terms of welfare treatment.
