“颜色革命”中政府与媒体的关系

【摘要】:本文的研究重点是爆发“颜色革命”的格鲁吉亚、乌克兰、吉尔吉斯斯坦三国政府与媒体之间的关系。“颜色革命”在格鲁吉亚、乌克兰、吉尔吉斯斯坦三国的高涨,都离不开一些媒体的推波助澜。而这些媒体之所以能够在“颜色革命”中发挥如此作用,与当事国的政治、法律、经济、社会环境是分不开的。 本文共七章。绪论部分介绍了研究动机、研究现状、研究方法等。第二章从“颜色革命”的定义说起,然后对“颜色革命”中的政府与各种媒体做简要概述。第三章到第五章按国别介绍了格鲁吉亚、乌克兰、吉尔吉斯斯坦三国。首先是“颜色革命”前的政治、经济、社会、外交、媒介状况,分析当时三国发生“颜色革命”的可能性。其次以具体的事例、丰富的资料展现各种媒体在“颜色革命”中的表现,以期对各种媒体的角色认知更加清晰。再次介绍三国政府是如何管理这些媒体。 第六章对各种媒体扮演的角色进行深入的分析,究其深层的制度原因、经济原因、文化原因等。第七章提出一些处理当前我国政府与媒体关系的合理化建议,如在推进新闻改革的同时注重培养与新闻自由相匹配的文化土壤,加强对媒体资金上的管控等。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the relationship between the Georgian, Ukrainian and Kyrgyz governments and the media when the Color Revolution broke out. The rise of the Color Revolution in Georgia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan is fuelled by some media. The reason why these media can play such a role in the Color Revolution is inseparable from the political, legal, economic and social environment of the countries concerned. This paper consists of seven chapters. The introduction part introduces the research motivation, research status, research methods and so on. The second chapter begins with the definition of "color revolution", and then gives a brief overview of the government and various media in the "color revolution". Chapters III to V introduce Georgia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan by country. The first is the political, economic, social, diplomatic and media situation before the "color revolution", and analyzes the possibility of the "color revolution" in the three countries at that time. Secondly, with specific examples, rich data show the performance of various media in the "color revolution", in order to understand the role of all kinds of media more clearly. Describe once again how the three governments manage these media. The sixth chapter makes a deep analysis of the role played by all kinds of media, and probes into its deep-seated institutional, economic and cultural reasons. The seventh chapter puts forward some reasonable suggestions to deal with the relationship between the government and the media at present, such as promoting the news reform while focusing on cultivating the cultural soil matching with the freedom of the press, strengthening the control of the media funds, and so on.
