古陶瓷修复技艺的传承与发展

【摘要】：陶瓷修复,古已有之。新石器时代已有钻孔补陶的实物出现。瓷之修复最早的“锔匠锔瓷”的场景也在北宋张择端的《清明上河图》中出现。有文献记载的应为明代隆庆五年(1571)刊刻的《墨娥小录》以及清代嘉庆二十六年(1815)刊刻的《景德镇陶录》。文献中都有了明确关于粘合陶瓷的记载。可以说与中国制瓷业第一个高峰相生相伴,瓷器修复已经诞生并且发展。到了解放后,随着各文物部门的发展、文物买卖交流的兴起以及现代科学技术下产生的新的粘合剂、作色材料、喷涂材料设备的进步,古陶瓷修复翻开了新的章程!本文以我在从事了古陶瓷修复工作三年的基础上,在文物保护原则的指导下,对中国古陶瓷修复的起源,发展以及在工作中遇到的问题等方面进行了归纳探讨。文章大体分三个部分：第一部分是对古陶瓷修复历史的追溯归纳,并以“锔瓷”为主进行介绍。接下来则对当今修复的主流：现代修复从流程上进行详细的介绍,并将自己修复过的具体案例作为辅助,同时也将修复过程中遇到的问题进行进一步研究。此外,还将对“舶来技术——金缮修复”进行简单描述。最后一个部分则是关于陶瓷修复行业衍生出来的一种对老瓷改造做法的研究与探讨,以及对可移动文物修复资质和可移动文物技术保护设计资质的申请进行探讨。
[Abstract]:Ancient ceramics repair. In the Neolithic age, there had been the physical appearance of drilling and filling. The earliest porcelain repair "Carpenter porcelain scene 244cm curium" also appeared in the Northern Song Dynasty Zhang Zeduan's "riverside". There should be documented in the Ming Dynasty Longqing five years (1571) inscribed "Mo o Lu", the Qing Dynasty Jiaqing twenty-six years (1815) published the "Tao Jingdezhen recorded". There is a clear record of the adhesive ceramics in the literature. It can be said to be accompanied by the first peak of China's porcelain industry, and the porcelain restoration has been born and developed. Until after the liberation, with the development of the cultural relics department, antiquities exchange and the rise of modern science and technology to generate new adhesives, as materials, spraying materials and equipment progress, ancient ceramics repair opened a new constitution based on! I engaged in the ancient ceramics repair work for three years, in the cultural relics the principle of protection under the guidance of the origin of China Ceramics Restoration, the development and the problems encountered in the work were summarized to investigate. This paper consists of three parts: the first part is the trace of ancient ceramics repair history of induction, and to "curium porcelain" are described mainly. Next is the mainstream of today's restoration: the detailed introduction of modern repair from the process, and the specific cases that have been repaired as auxiliary, and further research on the problems encountered in the process of restoration. In addition, will also be on the "importive technology -- Jin Shan repair" brief description. The last part is about the research and Discussion on the transformation of old porcelain, which is derived from ceramic repair industry, as well as the application of mobile cultural relics restoration qualification and movable cultural relics technology protection design qualification.
