遗产保护背景下的鼓浪屿商业发展研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的快速发展和人们对于旅游休闲需求的日益增强，城镇型风景区以其独特的人文景观和自然景观吸引了大量游客的到来。以鼓浪屿为例，近几年来鼓浪屿游玩的游客量已远远超过景区最大游客接待容量。鼓浪屿目前正在开展申报世界文化遗产的工作，但游客量的持续增长带来了鼓浪屿商业的迅猛发展，在短期利益的驱动下，岛上各类商铺渐有遍布全岛之势，鼓浪屿慢慢变成了一个热闹喧哗的集市。这种商业化、城市化的倾向，导致鼓浪屿的美感急剧下降，给鼓浪屿的自然环境和历史文化保护带来极大破坏。因此在目前鼓浪屿申遗的大背景下，鼓浪屿的商业该如何发展，是本论文所关注的课题。论文首先全面阐释了文化遗产保护的原则和保护与利用的思想与方法，进而总结出文化遗产保护对遗产地商业的发展有高保护性、文化性的要求。其次分析并总结了鼓浪屿商业发展历程，即起步、繁荣、稳定、无序、管控五个阶段。再次是展开对鼓浪屿现状商业发展的调查，主要是对街道商铺用途的统计调查、对商业业态的调查、对商业空间分布的调查、对商业经营行为及商业经营空间的调查、商业活动对居住环境影响的调查，发现鼓浪屿商业发展现状存在的问题。最后，在对鼓浪屿商业发展动力机制进行研究的基础上，提出鼓浪屿未来商业发展的思路，并针对现状存在的问题从五个方面提出应对策略，即价值观念的矫正、制度先行、规划调控、规范引导、社会监护等，以期能为申遗即将开展的环境整治工作提供可操作性的建议，，为其他历史城镇型风景区商业的可持续发展起到参考与借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing demand for tourism and leisure, the attraction of scenic spots in cities and towns attracts many tourists with their unique cultural landscapes and natural landscapes. Taking Gulangyu Islet as an example, the tourist volume of Gulangyu Islet in recent years has far exceeded the largest tourist reception capacity of the scenic area. Gulangyu Islet is currently carrying out the declaration of the world cultural heritage work, but continued to increase in the amount of tourists has brought the rapid development of the Gulangyu Islet business, driven by short-term interests, all kinds of shops on the island has gradually spread over the island of Gulangyu Islet, and slowly became a bustling city set. This tendency of commercialization and urbanization leads to a sharp decline in the beauty of Gulangyu Islet, which brings great damage to the natural environment and the protection of the historical and cultural heritage of Gulangyu Islet. Therefore, under the background of the current Gulangyu Islet application, how to develop the Gulangyu Islet business is the subject of this paper.
