气候变化视野下的中原水文化与生态文明建设研究

【摘要】：当前全球气候变化对人类社会的影响巨大,尤其是在农业生产和城市发展领域。应对气候变化,转变民众旧有的生产生活习惯成为当务之急。中原水文化历史悠久、内容丰富。作为生态文化中的一类,中原水文化的"化人"功能在气候变化大背景下的生态文明建设中不容被忽视。但在当前中原水文化建设中存在一些问题,在继续深入挖掘和创新水文化的同时,仍需要从资金保障、队伍建设、引进新技术等方面加以改善。
[Abstract]:At present, global climate change has a great impact on human society, especially in the fields of agricultural production and urban development. It is imperative to deal with climate change and to change people's old production and living habits. The Central Plains water culture has a long history. As a kind of ecological culture, the function of "personalization" of water culture in the Central Plains cannot be ignored in the construction of ecological civilization under the background of climate change. However, there are some problems in the construction of water culture in the Central Plains at present. While we continue to dig and innovate water culture, we still need to improve it from the aspects of fund guarantee, team building, introduction of new technology and so on.
