龙泉青瓷技术的研究

【摘要】: 中国以瓷器著称于世,作为中国陶瓷之源的青瓷拥有悠久的历史,其在整个中国陶瓷历史中的地位举足轻重。因此对于青瓷的研究就显得十分有意义。 本文主要分为四个部分: 前两部分主要采用了EDXRF测试手段对杭州南宋皇城遗址出土的一批龙泉窑型风格的瓷片以及龙泉大窑枫洞岩首次出土的明代官窑青瓷瓷片进行了测试,并用多元统计分析方法对数据进行了分析得出了如下结论: 1)“龙泉型”此批样品瓷片并非南宋官窑烧制 2)与南宋龙泉大窑瓷片相比,“龙泉型”瓷片成分上胎异釉近,可能是龙泉窑同一时期的不同窑场或者同一窑场的不同时期烧制 3)从南宋到明代,龙泉青瓷中CaO的含量明显减少,而碱金属氧化物的含量在显著增加。 4)因子分析方法可以为青瓷釉色鉴别提供帮助。 5)从胎成分分析结果看,龙泉青瓷制胎工艺中采用了就近取材原则,并且这一工艺在龙泉青瓷烧制过程中具有连续性特点。 6)青瓷釉色的好坏并不以CaO含量的高低来决定。 后两部分探索了目前龙泉青瓷技术中仍属空白的抗菌和强化技术,试验了不同配方后得出如下结论 1)配制的抗菌剂完全适用于传统的龙泉青瓷釉,抗菌剂作为面釉加入有显著的抗菌效果。 2)抗菌剂的含量为5%—7%时样品的抗菌效果最好。 3)随着抗菌剂含量的增加,杀菌率明显增加,但当达到某一峰值后,杀菌率不再增加,并且还有下降趋势。 4)在1380℃烧结温度下,25α和30α两个配方的青瓷抗折强度均超过了100Mpa,青瓷强度得到明显提升。
[Abstract]:China is famous for its porcelain. As the source of Chinese ceramics, celadon has a long history and plays an important role in the whole history of Chinese ceramics. Therefore, the research on celadon is of great significance. This paper is divided into four parts:. The first two parts mainly use the EDXRF test method to test a batch of Longquan kiln style porcelain pieces unearthed from the ruins of the imperial city of the Southern Song Dynasty in Hangzhou and the Ming Dynasty Guan kiln celadon porcelain pieces unearthed for the first time in Fengdong Rock of Longquan Dayao Kiln. The data are analyzed by multivariate statistical analysis. The conclusions are as follows:. 1) "Longquan type" this batch of sample porcelain pieces is not fired in the Southern Song Dynasty official kiln. 2) compared with the Longquan kiln in the Southern Song Dynasty, the "Longquan type" porcelain slice has different glaze near the upper tire, which may be fired at different kilns of the same period or at different periods of the same kiln. 3) from the Southern Song Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty, the content of CaO in Longquan celadon decreased obviously, while the content of alkali metal oxide increased significantly. 4) the method of factor analysis can be helpful for the identification of celadon glaze. 5) from the result of the composition analysis of the tire, it is found that the principle of the nearest material is adopted in the process of making the celadon of Longquan celadon, and this process has the characteristics of continuity in the firing process of the celadon porcelain of Longquan. 6) the quality of celadon glaze is not determined by the content of CaO. In the last two parts, the antibacterial and strengthening techniques, which are still blank in the celadon technology of Longquan, are explored. After different formulations are tested, the following conclusions are drawn. 1) the antimicrobial agent is suitable for traditional Longquan celadon glaze. 2) the antibacterial effect of the sample was the best when the content of antimicrobial agent was 5-7%. 3) with the increase of antimicrobial agent content, the bactericidal rate increased obviously, but when reached a certain peak value, the bactericidal rate did not increase, and there was a downward trend. 4) under the sintering temperature of 1380 鈩,
