河南南阳出土战国漆皮甲制作工艺的分析研究

【摘要】：本文综合运用现代分析检测技术研究了河南南阳出土战国漆皮甲的制作工艺,利用X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱、激光拉曼光谱、红外光谱等分析确定了漆皮甲的物相组成和元素组成,结果表明漆皮甲残留漆膜主要由天然生漆采用涂灰髹漆传统制作工艺加工而成,表面涂有天然颜料朱砂作为装饰,漆液中没有添加桐油。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the manufacture technology of lacquer armor unearthed in Nanyang, Henan Province has been studied by means of modern analytical and detection techniques. X-ray diffraction (XRD) X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) and laser Raman spectroscopy (LRS) have been used. The phase composition and elemental composition of lacquer armor were determined by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the residual lacquer film was mainly made from natural raw lacquer by traditional technology of ash painting and lacquer painting, and the surface was decorated with natural pigment cinnabar. No tung oil was added to the lacquer.
