【摘要】：福州冶城是在汉代闽越融合的文化背景与积极吸收中原人居环境营建之有利经验的基础上形成的,它顺应原始聚点"逐水而居"的人居习惯,体现了城水相适的人居智慧,是闽地人居实践步入高级阶段的重要表现。空间层面下冶城"适水而成",呈"多城圈结构",并吸收中原地区人居空间组织经验,构建起"新店卫城-屏山王城-越王台"为主轴的城市序列;城建层面下"理水灵活",重点表现在港城性质的逐渐显现以及宫苑蓄排水等方面;园林景观层面下"藉水成景",冶城水景观及相关游憩方式已较为完备。"从来无古意,可以赋新诗",通过挖掘冶城人居经验智慧,启示着当代福州城建理水应转变人居伦理观,多方协同,并应谨慎推行"海绵城市",尤其需要注意"下沉式绿地"的适宜性问题。
[Abstract]:Fuzhou Metallurgical City was formed on the basis of the cultural background of the integration of Fujian and Yue in the Han Dynasty and the positive absorption of beneficial experience in the construction of human settlements in the Central Plains. It conforms to the human settlement habit of "moving water to live" at the original gathering point, and embodies the human settlement wisdom of city and water. It is an important manifestation of the advanced stage of human settlement practice in Fujian and Fujian. At the spatial level, the city is "suitable for water", with a "multi-city ring structure", and absorbing the experience of human settlement space organization in the Central Plains. Constructing the city sequence of "Xindian Acropolis-Pingshan Wangcheng-Yue Wangtai" as the main axis, "managing water flexibly" under the level of urban construction, focusing on the gradual appearance of the nature of the port city and the storage and drainage of the palace garden, etc. At the level of garden landscape, "water landscape by water", water landscape of city and related recreation ways have been relatively complete. "never have the ancient meaning, we can assign new poems", through excavating the wisdom of living experience of the city, enlighten the contemporary Fuzhou city construction and management of water should change the ethics view of human settlement. It is necessary to carry out "sponge city" carefully, especially to pay attention to the suitability of "sunken green space".
