【摘要】： 长城是中国古代一项极其雄伟的军事防御工程,是祖先留给我们的特大型文化遗产。陕北地区秦汉长城是我国长城的重要组成部分,该条长城始修于战国秦昭王时期,历经秦始皇时期、汉代的修缮及再利用,具有丰富的历史文化内涵。本文作者于2009年参与了陕西省早期长城调查工作,经过调查核实该条长城在陕北地区由东北向西南依次经过神木县、榆阳区、横山县、靖边县、志丹县和吴起县,长约500余公里。本文首先对陕北地区秦汉长城的地理位置及区域环境做了详细的介绍,对长城的破坏因素进行了分析,指出人为破坏是威胁长城安全的主要因素。其次通过对陕北地区秦汉长城保护管理现状的分析,指出了当前管理状态下存在的主要问题,并总结出在我国当前文化遗产保护管理体制下,做好长城的保护工作必须从政府、专业保护管理机构和群众保护网络三个层次完善长城保护体系。最后在对英国哈德良长城成功保护案例分析的基础上,提出了实现陕北地区秦汉长城整体保护管理的一些对策。
[Abstract]:The Great Wall is an extraordinary military defense project in ancient China. It is a huge cultural heritage left by our ancestors.The Great Wall in Northern Shaanxi is an important part of the Great Wall in China. The the Great Wall was built in the warring States period. After Qin Shihuang's period, the restoration and reuse of the Great Wall in Han Dynasty has rich historical and cultural connotations.The author took part in the investigation of the Great Wall in early Shaanxi Province in 2009. The investigation verified that the the Great Wall passed through Shenmu County, Yuyang District, Hengshan County, Jingbian County, Zhidan County and Wuqi County from northeast to southwest of Shaanxi Province.It is about 500 kilometers long.In this paper, the geographical location and regional environment of the Great Wall in Northern Shaanxi are introduced in detail, and the destructive factors of the Great Wall are analyzed. It is pointed out that man-made destruction is the main factor threatening the safety of the Great Wall.Secondly, through the analysis of the current situation of the Great Wall protection and management in Northern Shaanxi, this paper points out the main problems existing in the current management state, and concludes that under the current management system of cultural heritage protection in our country, the protection work of the Great Wall must be done from the government.Professional protection management agencies and mass protection network three levels to improve the the Great Wall protection system.Finally, based on the analysis of the successful protection case of the Great Wall in England, some countermeasures are put forward to realize the overall protection management of the Great Wall in Northern Shaanxi.
