江苏国家级传统村落保护研究

【摘要】：中国有着数千年的历史,传统村落在几千年文明历程中发挥着极为重要的作用。传统村落中有着重要的历史建筑、丰富的传统文化,具有历史、艺术、社会等多重价值。国家住房和城乡建设部最新公示的第四批1602个国家级传统村落中,江苏仅占两个。而江苏地区的国家级传统村落共28个,这与全国平均数量相差甚远。随着工业化、城镇化的快速发展,传统村落消失的速度逐渐加快,传统村落在保护过程中的问题越来越突出。对江苏现有的传统村落保护显得尤为重要。本文以江苏地区28个国家级传统村落作为分析研究样本,进行相关资料的搜集整理,对传统村落基本情况作了介绍。同时实地调查了南京杨柳村、无锡礼社村和苏州陆巷村、杨湾村四个传统村落,结合调查内容和相关资料,从传统建筑、非物质文化遗产、保护规划编制、资金来源等多方面分析传统村落目前现状以及保护过程中存在的问题。针对江苏国家级传统村落存在的“空心化”、古建筑修缮困难、环境污染、专业人员缺乏等具体问题,进而提出多种保护方式和具体的解决措施,以期对江苏地区传统村落的保护有所益处。
[Abstract]:China has a history of thousands of years. Traditional villages have played an extremely important role in thousands of years of civilization. There are important historical buildings, rich traditional culture, historical, artistic and social values in the traditional villages. In the fourth batch of 1602 national traditional villages, the latest public display of the state housing and urban and rural construction ministry, the river There are only two Suzhou and 28 national traditional villages in Jiangsu, which is far from the average number in the country. With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the speed of the traditional villages disappearing gradually, the problems in the traditional villages in the protection process are becoming more and more prominent. The existing traditional village protection in Jiangsu is particularly important. Taking 28 national traditional villages in Jiangsu as an analysis and research sample, this paper collects and collects the relevant data, introduces the basic situation of the traditional villages, and investigates four traditional villages in Yangliu village, Wuxi rite village, Suzhou Lu Xiang Village and Yangwan village in Nanjing. The present situation of the traditional villages and the existing problems in the protection process are analyzed in many aspects, such as cultural heritage, protection planning and financing, and the existing problems in the process of protection. In view of the "hollow" of the traditional villages in Jiangsu, the difficulties of repairing ancient buildings, environmental pollution, the lack of professional personnel and so on, a variety of protection methods and specific solutions are put forward. Measures are expected to benefit the protection of traditional villages in Jiangsu.
