陕西商洛崖墓保护管理对策研究

【摘要】：商洛崖墓是我国西北边缘地区崖墓类遗存分布最集中且数量最多的,其文化内涵十分丰富,具有历史、社会、经济、科学技术等多方面重要价值。通过实地调查发现,现阶段受区域社会经济发展落后、文物管理能力不足、文物保护意识较低、社会认知度不足等多方面不利因素的制约,商洛崖墓的保护管理存在诸多问题,包括管理体制落后、投入机制不健全、保护措施实施不力、社会参与程度低、专业性研究不足等方面,保护管理工作面临巨大挑战。本文建立在文献资料、文物普查资料、实地调查等基础性资料收集的基础上,因地制宜,拟在对分布集中、数量巨大的陕西商洛崖墓保护管理现状及问题作以系统的剖析；并依据实际情况,从自然、人为、技术三个角度分析商洛崖墓保护不力的原因；结合崖墓遗存自身特点和区域文物保护能力,有的放矢,提出商洛崖墓保护管理的几点可行性对策,包括管理体制、投入机制、保护措施、社会公众参与、专业性研究等五方面内容,为未来商洛崖墓科学合理的保护管理工作的实施提供参考,以实现商洛崖墓的文化延续性与传承性。
[Abstract]:Shangluoya Tomb is the most concentrated and the largest number of Cliff tombs in the northwestern margin of China, and its cultural connotation is very rich, which has many important values in history, society, economy, science and technology and so on. Through field investigation, it is found that, at this stage, there are many problems in the protection and management of Shangluoya Tomb, which are restricted by many unfavorable factors, such as the backward development of regional social economy, insufficient management ability of cultural relic, low consciousness of cultural relic protection and insufficient social cognition, etc. Including the backward management system, imperfect investment mechanism, weak implementation of protection measures, low degree of social participation, lack of professional research, protection management work is facing great challenges. Based on the collection of documents, cultural relic survey data, field investigation and other basic data, this paper intends to make a systematic analysis on the present situation and problems of the conservation and management of Shangluoya Tomb in Shaanxi Province, which is concentrated in distribution and in large quantities. And according to the actual situation, from the three angles of nature, human beings and technology, this paper analyzes the reasons for the weak protection of Shangluo Cliff Tomb, and combines the characteristics of Cliff Tomb with its own characteristics and the regional cultural relic protection ability. Several feasible countermeasures for the protection and management of Shangluoya Tomb are put forward, including management system, investment mechanism, protection measures, social public participation, professional research, etc. In order to realize the cultural continuity and inheritance of Shangluo Cliff Tomb, it provides a reference for the implementation of scientific and reasonable protection and management of Shangluo Cliff Tomb in the future.
