包山楚简法律文书丛考

【摘要】：正目次一职官二社会等级三史事丛释包山楚简中有一些战国时代楚国的法律文书,原文篇题有《集箸》、《集箸言》、《受期》、《疏狱》等。文书内容十分生动,真实地反映了楚国社会的生活场景。笔者研习略有所得,列叙于下,敬乞读者赐教。一职官(一)新官与新造包山楚简《集箸》云:
[Abstract]:There are some legal documents of Chu in the warring States period. The original texts are entitled "Ji Hsu", "Ji Ba Yan", "the period of suffering", "sparse prison" and so on. The content of the document is very vivid, which truly reflects the life scene of the society of Chu. I study a little income, listed in the following, begging readers to teach.
