朝阳市牛河梁遗址保护利用现状及其改进对策

【摘要】：大遗址是中华文明的典型代表,承载着丰富的历史文化信息。大遗址不仅具有巨大的历史价值、科学价值和艺术价值,同时也在社会文化、经济、生态、宗教等方面具有重大价值。大遗址的有效保护和合理利用对遗址所在地社会经济文化发展等方面有巨大的推动作用。随着城市化的推进,大遗址面临自然侵蚀和城市化的双重威胁,如何平衡城市发展和大遗址保护的关系,如何平衡大遗址保护和文物资源开发利用的关系是文物保护部门和所在地政府面临的共同难题。本文主要分为四部分对牛河梁遗址的保护利用进行研究。第一,确定选题后,大量查阅国内外文献,并对材料进行分类整理,筛选有效信息。第二,通过实地调查、访谈等手段搜集资料,归纳总结牛河梁遗址保护利用现状,找出朝阳市在牛河梁遗址保护利用上存在的问题,并分析产生原因。第三,通过对大明宫遗址、良渚遗址、金沙遗址等成功经验的分析,结合朝阳市实际探索适合牛河梁遗址的模式,提出牛河梁考古遗址公园的方案构想。第四,提出牛河梁考古遗址公园实施方案在制度上、经济上和执行上的保障措施。针对牛河梁遗址保护利用的研究,旨在为朝阳市大遗址建设,文化产业发展提供参考,也为朝阳市提倡的“大文化大生态”和“四大文化”建设贡献一份力量。
[Abstract]:Great ruins are typical representatives of Chinese civilization, bearing rich historical and cultural information. The great ruins not only have great historical value, scientific value and artistic value, but also have great value in social culture, economy, ecology, religion and so on. The effective protection and rational utilization of the great ruins play a great role in the social, economic and cultural development of the sites. With the development of urbanization, great ruins face the double threat of natural erosion and urbanization. How to balance the relationship between urban development and protection of large sites? How to balance the relationship between the protection of large sites and the exploitation and utilization of cultural relic resources is a common problem faced by the department of cultural relic protection and the local government. This paper is divided into four parts to study the protection and utilization of Niuheliang site. First, after selecting the topic, consult the domestic and foreign literature, sort the materials and sift out the valid information. Second, through field investigation, interviews and other means to collect data, summed up the current situation of Niuheliang site protection and utilization, found out Chaoyang City in Niuheliang site protection and utilization of the existing problems, and analyze the causes. Thirdly, through the analysis of the successful experiences of Daming Palace, Liangzhu site, Jinsha site and other successful experiences, combining with the actual situation of Chaoyang City to explore the suitable model of Niuheliang site, the paper puts forward the plan of Niuheliang Archaeological site Park. Fourth, put forward the implementation scheme of Niuheliang Archaeological site Park in the system, economy and implementation of safeguards. The research on the protection and utilization of Niuheliang ruins is aimed at providing reference for the construction of the great ruins and the development of cultural industry in Chaoyang City, and also contributing a contribution to the construction of "big cultural ecology" and "four major cultures" advocated by Chaoyang.
