中国古代建筑灰浆检测技术规范研究

【摘要】:目前在国内文物保护行业,对古建筑灰浆的分析检测还没有一个科学的、经过实践检验的规范。灰浆作为古建筑最基础的材料之一,具有不可替代性。由此,灰浆在古建筑研究、保护和修复中非常重要。检测分析灰浆的状态、成分、结构和性质是保护修复的一项基础性的工作,贯穿修复工作的全过程,即了解保存状态、研究病害机理、“复制”修复材料、选择修复方法、评估修复效果。但由于没有一个科学的规范作为指引,使得人们在检测分析灰浆的时候存在不够全面、不够科学、不够细致、不够专业等问题,不利于古建筑的保护修复工作。因此,制定一个灰浆的分析检测规范,具有非常重要的现实意义。本文致力于通过文献的查阅和实际调查,了解灰浆的哪些性质和状态指标对古建筑保护和修复是有意义的;针对灰浆的特殊性,查阅国内外案例文献,总结最先进的、最普遍的检测方法;并通过实地检测和实验室分析,对这些方法、手段进行逐一检验和优化;最后根据标准规范的编写要素、原则和步骤,拟定了古建筑灰浆检测技术的规范草案,该规范草案是国内第一个有关古建筑材料的分析检测的规范。首先,它遵循了古迹保护的原则特点;其次,它针对灰浆的特殊性选择了行业内最先进、最普遍的方法,并通过实践对这些方法进行了检验和优化;最后,它是根据行业标准制定的原则进行编写的。该规范草案的制定,对古建筑的保护和修复工作具有很强的指导意义。
[Abstract]:At present, there is no scientific and practical standard for the analysis and detection of ancient building mortar in the industry of cultural relic protection in China. As one of the most basic materials in ancient architecture, mortar is irreplaceable. Therefore, mortar is very important in the research, protection and restoration of ancient buildings. Detection and analysis of the state, composition, structure and properties of mortar is a basic work of protection and restoration, which runs through the whole process of restoration, that is, understanding the state of preservation, studying the mechanism of disease, "replicating" restoration materials, and selecting restoration methods. Evaluate the effect of repair. But because of the lack of a scientific standard as a guide, people in the detection and analysis of mortar there are not enough comprehensive, scientific, detailed, not professional and so on, which is not conducive to the protection and restoration of ancient buildings. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish a standard for analysis and detection of mortar. This paper is devoted to find out which properties and state indexes of mortar are of significance to the protection and restoration of ancient buildings through literature review and actual investigation. In view of the particularity of mortar, we consult the domestic and foreign case literature, summarize the most advanced and universal detection methods, and through field testing and laboratory analysis, we examine and optimize these methods and methods one by one. Finally, according to the writing elements, principles and steps of the standard specification, the draft code of the ancient building mortar testing technology is drawn up, which is the first standard for the analysis and detection of ancient building materials in China. Firstly, it follows the principle of historic preservation, secondly, it selects the most advanced and universal methods in the industry according to the particularity of mortar, and tests and optimizes these methods through practice. Finally, it is based on the principles of industry standards. The formulation of the draft code has a strong guiding significance for the protection and restoration of ancient buildings.
