天津五大道洋房花园的保护、利用

【摘要】：五大道地区为天津原英租界高级住宅区,距1902年划定至今,已有百年发展历程,期间的演变见证了近代天津中外文化碰撞下的变化发展,是不可再生的文化遗产。街区肌理、建筑遗存、内部花园、各种要素相互关联,构成了五大道的特有风貌,对组成要素的保护、利用进行深入研究,方能使五大道历史得以更新、延续。天津市五大道地区洋房花园属于五大道历史风貌保护区风貌要素中不可或缺的部分,作为一种历史可延续性的非文物性质的文化遗产,具有历史、文化、科学多重价值,花园是天津近代园林的一部分,是西方园林和传统园林碰撞下的产物。花园作为历史的见证,时代信息的载体,记载了建造年代的科技、文化、艺术、政治、民俗、经济财力等多方面内容,有着厚重的历史感。花园保留至今有历史、文化、科技、人文等多重价值。但随着城市的发展、历史的变迁,洋房花园承载了诸如源于自然灾害损毁以及产权变更、建筑使用性质、业态变化导致的改造。洋房花园多数已经名不副实。洋房花园的保护明显弱于建筑本身,二者的现状不能很好的协调。加大、提升洋房花园的保护力度,使洋房花园的潜在价值得以显露,通过对保护的辩证史观,妥善地处理时代变易因素,使洋房花园更好地利用,纳入到现实场景中,使洋房保护带来的利益冲突得以化解,使洋房基于历史文化的遗存下与现实更好融合是本论文研究的目的。本文试图通过对洋房花园的存在背景研究洋房花园的形成缘由及初建时的用途及风格特征,借助对现状的勘测调研,分析其历史演化,判定洋房花园的价值,在国内外保护、利用成功的案例分析中,确立保护原则,并对保护级别的花园进行逐一分析。并提出对研究范围的有效利用方案。
[Abstract]:Wudao area is a high-grade residential area in Tianjin, which has been designated since 1902 and has been developed for a hundred years. The evolution of the area witnessed the change and development of Tianjin under the collision of Chinese and foreign cultures in modern times, and it is a non-renewable cultural heritage. Block texture, architectural remains, internal gardens and various elements are related to each other, which constitute the unique style and features of the Fifth Avenue. The protection and utilization of the constituent elements can renew and continue the history of the Fifth Avenue. Yangfang Garden in Wudao area of Tianjin is an indispensable part of the elements of Wudao Historical style Reserve. As a kind of cultural heritage of non-cultural relics that can be continued in history, the garden has multiple values of history, culture and science. The garden is a part of Tianjin modern gardens and the product of the collision between western gardens and traditional gardens. As the witness of history and the carrier of information of the times, the garden records the science and technology, culture, art, politics, folklore, economic finance and other aspects of the construction age, and has a strong sense of history. Garden preservation up to now has many values, such as history, culture, science and technology, humanities and so on. However, with the development of the city and the change of history, the foreign house garden carries the transformation caused by the damage of natural disasters and the change of property rights, the nature of building use and the change of business form. Most of the foreign house gardens are no longer worthy of their names. The protection of foreign house garden is obviously weaker than that of the building itself, and the present situation of the two can not be well coordinated. Strengthening and improving the protection of foreign house garden, so that the potential value of foreign house garden can be revealed, through the dialectical historical view of protection, properly deal with the changing factors of the times, make the foreign house garden be better utilized, brought into the real scene, so that the conflict of interest brought by the protection of foreign house can be resolved, and make the foreign house be better integrated with the reality based on the remains of history and culture is the purpose of this paper. This paper attempts to study the cause of formation and the use and style characteristics of Yangfang Garden by studying the existing background of Yangfang Garden. With the help of the investigation and investigation of the present situation, the historical evolution of Yangfang Garden is analyzed, the value of Yangfang Garden is determined, the protection principle is established in the domestic and foreign protection, and the protection level garden is analyzed one by one. The effective utilization scheme of the research scope is put forward.
