改革开放以来邓小平的教育公平思想

【摘要】:改革开放以来,随着高考制度的恢复,我国教育事业的发展取得巨大成就,在人才强国和科教兴国战略大背景下,教育为我国培养了大批优秀人才,极大地促进了社会经济的进步与发展。然而,在取得成就的同时也存在着不少问题,比如:教育资源分配不均,农民工子女入学难,高考制度缺陷等。而改革开放以来,邓小平的教育公平思想对于促进教育公平起到了积极作用,也是我国社会主义建设中的重要理论。本文梳理和总结了改革开放以来邓小平教育公平思想提出和形成的过程,概括了它的主要内容,通过理论和实际相结合的办法,总结了它的重要意义。本文主要包括四个部分的内容:第一部分概括了邓小平教育公平思想的思想来源。中国传统文化中的教育公平思想、马克思恩格斯和毛泽东的教育公平思想是邓小平教育公平思想的重要思想来源。第二部分概括了改革开放以来邓小平教育公平思想的历史背景和形成过程。历史背景主要包括当时特殊的国内外环境、中国特色的教育实践以及邓小平个人的人生经历。形成过程主要从萌芽、形成轮廓、走向成熟三个部分进行系统梳理。第三部分概括了邓小平教育公平思想的主要内容。教育公平的基本要求是处理好教育效率和公平的关系,经济和教育公平协调发展。教育公平的实现途径是制定法律法规,加大教育经费的投入,提高教师的地位和待遇,丰富办学形式等。第四部分主要分析了邓小平教育公平思想的重要意义。邓小平教育公平思想是对马克思主义教育公平思想的丰富和发展,是对毛泽东教育公平思想的补充和完善,是在新的历史条件下对中国特色社会主义教育公平思想的探索和创新;为我国社会主义现代化培养了大批人才,促进了我国教育事业全面协调发展,保障了社会公平的逐步实现。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the restoration of the college entrance examination system, the development of education in China has made great achievements. Under the background of the talent power and the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, education has trained a large number of outstanding talents for our country. It has greatly promoted the progress and development of social economy. However, there are also many problems in the process of achievement, such as the uneven distribution of educational resources and the difficulty for the children of migrant workers to enrol in school. Since the reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping's thought of educational fairness has played a positive role in promoting educational fairness. It is also an important theory in the construction of socialism in China. This paper summarizes the process of putting forward and forming Deng Xiaoping's thought of educational fairness since the reform and opening up, and summarizes its main content. Through the combination of theory and practice. This paper mainly includes four parts: the first part summarizes the ideological source of Deng Xiaoping's thought of educational fairness and the thought of educational fairness in Chinese traditional culture. Marx, Engels and Mao Zedong's thought of educational fairness is an important ideological source of Deng Xiaoping's thought of educational fairness. The second part summarizes the historical background and formation process of the thought of educational fairness of Deng Xiaoping since the reform and opening up. The background mainly includes the special domestic and foreign environment at that time. The educational practice with Chinese characteristics and Deng Xiaoping's personal life experience. The third part summarizes the main content of Deng Xiaoping's educational fairness. The basic requirement of educational fairness is to deal with the relationship between educational efficiency and fairness. The way to realize the equality of education is to make laws and regulations, increase the investment of educational funds, and improve the status and treatment of teachers. Part 4th mainly analyzes the important significance of Deng Xiaoping's educational fair thought, which is the enrichment and development of Marxist educational fair thought. It is the complement and perfection of Mao Zedong's educational fairness thought, and the exploration and innovation of the socialist education fair thought with Chinese characteristics under the new historical conditions. It has trained a large number of talents for the socialist modernization of our country, promoted the overall coordinated development of our country's education cause, guaranteed the social fair gradually realization.
