【摘要】：“一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去”的群众路线是中国共产党的根本工作方法和根本工作路线,是毛泽东思想活的灵魂的三个基本方面之一,是中国共产党夺取中国革命、建设和改革开放事业不断取得胜利的宝贵经验,也是中国共产党发展至今始终坚持的优良传统。群众路线在中国共产党从幼年逐渐走向成熟的过程中发挥了至关重要的作用,群众路线在这一过程中充分体现了中国共产党的性质和其为人民服务的根本宗旨。正是因为中国共产党清晰地认识到人民群众在历史中的重要性,并在革命和建设中不断地激发人民群众的革命力量和创造潜能,中国革命、建设和改革开放的伟大事业才取得了巨大成就。中国共产党无论是在革命和建设时期,还是在新的历史时期,都把认识和处理好党同人民群众的关系问题,始终作为中国共产党必须面对的核心问题,特别是进入经济社会发展的新常态时期,党的执政环境和执政条件发生了很大变化,能否与时俱进地继承和发扬党的群众路线,能否经受得住长期执政的考验,这是中国共产党必须解决好的问题。新的历史时期,针对群众工作出现的新情况和新问题,需要及时做出应对策略,做到具体问题具体分析,提出切实可行的工作方法和举措。十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央通过深入开展群众路线教育实践活动,把党的群众路线推进到了一个新的高度。
[Abstract]:The mass line of "everything is for the masses, everything depends on the masses and comes from and goes to the masses" is the fundamental working method and line of work of the Communist Party of China. It is one of the three basic aspects of Mao Zedong's living soul and the valuable experience of the Communist Party of China in winning the Chinese revolution, construction and reform and opening up to the outside world. The mass line has played a vital role in the process of the Communist Party of China from infancy to maturity. In this process, the mass line fully embodies the nature of the Communist Party of China and its fundamental purpose of serving the people, precisely because the Communist Party of China clearly recognizes the importance of the masses in history. And in the revolution and construction constantly stimulate the revolutionary strength and creative potential of the masses of the people, the Chinese revolution. Great achievements have been made in the great cause of construction and reform and opening up, and the Communist Party of China, both in the period of revolution and construction and in the new historical period, has made a good deal of understanding and handling the issue of relations between the party and the masses of the people. As the core problem that the Communist Party of China must face all the time, especially entering the new normal period of economic and social development, the ruling environment and conditions of the Party have changed a lot. Whether we can inherit and carry forward the party's mass line with the times and withstand the test of long-term ruling is a problem that the Communist Party of China must solve well in the new historical period. In view of the new situation and new problems in mass work, it is necessary to make timely response strategies, to make concrete analysis of specific problems, and to put forward practical working methods and measures since the 18 National Congress. The Party Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has pushed the party's mass line to a new height by carrying out in-depth mass line education and practice activities.
