【摘要】:新民主主义革命时期毛泽东的实践育人观既是其教育思想的有机构成,又自成体系。它以培养革命实践所需的干部和人才为出发点,强调在中国共产党创办的各级各类学校中必须加强科学理论教育、历史文化知识教育,倡导采用诸如教育与生产劳动相结合、启发式教学、因材施教等教育方法以及教育制度和办学模式的创新,不仅为新民主主义革命培养了大批人才,推动了革命运动的发展,而且还具有不容忽视的现实价值。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's concept of practical education in the period of the New Democratic Revolution is not only an organic composition of his educational thought, but also a self-made system. It starts from the training of cadres and talents needed in the revolutionary practice. It is emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the education of scientific theory and knowledge of history and culture in all kinds of schools established by the Communist Party of China, and to advocate the use of heuristic teaching, such as combining education with productive labor. Educational methods such as teaching according to aptitude and the innovation of educational system and mode of running a school have not only cultivated a large number of talents for the new democratic revolution and promoted the development of the revolutionary movement, but also have practical value that can not be ignored.
