【摘要】：当代中国社会,正处在全面转型时期,这是一个各种社会矛盾不断解决又不断产生的复杂时期,尤其是人民内部矛盾,能否正确处理好,直接关系到改革、发展、稳定的大局。胡锦涛的人民内部矛盾观正是在这一背景下形成的。任何思想理论的形成都有他的理论渊源和现实依据,胡锦涛的人民内部矛盾观也不例外。马克思、恩格斯、列宁在社会革命的实践过程与理论研究中,逐渐孕育了正确处理人民内部矛盾的一系列思想。中国的马克思主义者从中国的国情出发,提出并进一步发展了关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的学说。毛泽东创立了正确处理人民内部矛盾的学说；邓小平在改革开放的过程中,提出了正确处理人民内部矛盾的一系列学说；江泽民“三个代表”的思想使得正确处理人民内部矛盾学说进一步完善。前人的这些思想学说为胡锦涛人民内部矛盾观提供了理论渊源。进入新世纪、新时期,时代的呼唤,人民的需要,催生新理论,而国内外背景发生的深刻变化,也使得处理人民内部矛盾的环境更加复杂,这都需要新的理论来指导实践。十六大以来,胡锦涛提出了“科学发展观”、“构建社会主义和谐社会”的发展思路。在中共中央政治局第二十三次集体学习时,胡锦涛就新时期如何正确处理人民内部矛盾发表了最新讲话。胡锦涛人民内部矛盾观的主要内容就是在这些正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾的指导思想基础上构成的。首先,胡锦涛强调正确处理人民内部矛盾对改革发展稳定、构建社会主义和谐社会以及激发社会活力等方面的重要性,这是他对正确处理人民内部矛盾重要性的新论断。其次,他分析了新时期人民内部矛盾产生的新情况和新特点以及新成因。最后,他探索了化解新时期人民内部矛盾的根本方法和具体方法,从经济、行政、民主、法律、宣传教育、沟通与应急、解决思想与实际问题等多个角度阐述了新时期我们应该如何正确处理人民内部矛盾。胡锦涛的人民内部矛盾观,进一步丰富和发展了正确处理人民内部矛盾的学说。具有重大的理论与实践意义,它是人民内部矛盾学说的最新理论成果,是正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾的最新理论指南,是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的重要理论基础。
[Abstract]:The contemporary Chinese society is in a period of comprehensive transformation. This is a complex period in which various social contradictions have been solved and are constantly emerging. The formation of any thought and theory has its theoretical origin and realistic basis, and Hu Jintao's view of contradictions among the people is no exception.
