【摘要】：文化自觉是一个民族、一个政党在文化上的觉醒和觉悟，，是对文化在历史发展中的地位、作用的深刻认识，是对文化发展规律的正确把握和对发展文化的责任的主动担当。随着时代的发展，文化在一个国家的综合国力中所处的位置日益重要。作为世界上最大的发展中国家，中国文化在全球化的过程中难以避免地受到来自国内和国外的各种因素的影响甚至威胁，因此，中国共产党作为中国的执政党和中国先进文化的代表，始终保持高度的文化自觉是一种必备的文化素质。毛泽东的《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》是中国共产党在新民主主义革命时期非常重要的一篇关于文艺思想的文献。虽然《讲话》发表距今已逾七十年，但是它的文化观点始终闪耀着光芒，《讲话》中体现的文化自觉观对当今我国进行社会主义文化建设、解决我国面临的文化安全问题有很大的启示作用和指导作用。《讲话》体现的文化自觉观主要有：发展新民主主义文化必须遵循马克思主义哲学、无产价级必须掌握中国的文化领导权、建设新民主主义文化需要明确建设主体。本文旨在分析和总结《讲话》的文化自觉观，阐述当今我国在社会主义文化建设过程中面临的一些文化自觉缺失的问题并分析其原因，最后以《讲话》精神为指导，提出推动中国特色社会主义文化建设的几点建议。
[Abstract]:Cultural consciousness is a nation, a political party's awakening and consciousness in culture, and a profound understanding of the position and role of culture in the development of history. It is the correct understanding of the law of cultural development and the active responsibility for the development of culture. With the development of the times, culture plays an increasingly important role in the overall national strength of a country. As the largest developing country in the world, In the process of globalization, Chinese culture is inevitably influenced or even threatened by various factors both at home and abroad. Therefore, the Communist Party of China, as the ruling party of China and the representative of China's advanced culture, Always maintaining a high level of cultural consciousness is an essential cultural quality. Mao Zedong's "speech at the Yan'an Literature and Art Symposium" is a very important piece of the Communist Party of China's literary and artistic thought in the period of the new democratic revolution. Although it has been more than seventy years since the publication of the speech, But its cultural point of view is always shining, and the cultural consciousness view embodied in "speech" has great enlightening and guiding function to the construction of socialist culture and the solution to the problem of cultural security in our country. The views of cultural consciousness embodied in the "speech" are as follows: to develop new democratic culture, to follow Marxist philosophy, to master Chinese cultural leadership without production and price, and to build new democratic culture must be clearly defined as the main body of construction. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and summarize the concept of cultural consciousness of "speech", to expound some problems of lack of cultural consciousness in the process of socialist cultural construction in our country and to analyze the reasons, and finally to take the spirit of "speech" as the guide. Several suggestions are put forward to promote the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
