群众路线视域下的农民组织化问题浅析

【摘要】：在新形势下,提高党联系群众尤其是农民群体的质量必须提高农民组织化水平。党的群众路线视域下提高农民组织化水平需要对其进行顶层设计,充分发挥农村基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用,规范现有群众互助性合作组织建设。在市场经济形态下,真正践行党的群众路线、提高农民组织化水平,必须注重强化政府服务职能。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, to improve the quality of the Party's contact with the masses, especially the peasants' groups, we must improve the level of organization of the peasants. In the view of the mass line of the Party, it is necessary to design the top level for the improvement of the level of the organization of the peasants. To give full play to the role of basic-level party organizations in rural areas as a fighting fortress, to standardize the building of existing cooperative organizations for mutual assistance among the masses, to truly practice the mass line of the Party in the form of a market economy, and to raise the level of organization of the peasants. Attention must be paid to strengthening the functions of government services.
