【摘要】：长时间以来,很多人都把马克思的文化哲学思想与马克思的文化的哲学思想相提并论、混为一谈,从而得出马克思没有文化哲学思想的论断。因为,在他们看来,在马克思毕生的研究著述中,他从未使用过文化哲学一词,也没有专门关于文化哲学的著述。对于马克思文化哲学思想的研究,我们不能仅仅从概念出发,而要从他文化哲学思想的理论根源入手。马克思充分吸收前人的优秀文化成果,尤其是当时盛行的历史哲学思想、浪漫主义思潮以及文化人类学成果对他都产生了积极的影响,在此基础上,他创立了“以实践和辩证法为内核的”①文化哲学理论。马克思本着反思现代化的精神,从实践的观点出发,探究人类的自由、解放和全面发展,形成了他完善、系统的文化哲学思想。从2000年党的十五届五中全会首次提出“完善文化产业政策,加强文化市场建设和管理,推动有关文化产业发展”②的战略思路一直到党的十七届六中全会提出建设社会主义文化强国的奋斗目标,这一阶段是我国历史上文化建设突飞猛进的时期,取得了突出的成就。但文化强国建设是一个庞大而系统的工程,也是一个十分漫长的过程。文化的建设、发展离不开文化哲学的指导作用,而“文化哲学应该对人类的一切文化关系尤其是新生的文化关系予以高度关切,推动人类文化关系向和揩、丰富、健康的方向发展,但对这些基本的文化关系的反思、调试仍然是文化哲学的基本任务。”③马克思以实践和辩证法为内核的文化哲学思想是国内外马克思主义者研究文化哲学的起点,是科学的世界观和方法论,对我国的社会主义文化强国建设具有理论和现实的指导意义。马克思文化哲学思想从哲学的高度对我国的文化强国建设给予科学的指导,使我国的文化强国建设能够得到科学发展。马克思主义的理论是发展的理论,是一个与时俱进的理论体系。社会主义文化强国建设是在综合判断国内国际发展实际所做出的科学决策,是我国当前社会发展的现实要求,是实事求是的。而在社会主义文化强国建设中形成的一系列理论也是对马克思文化哲学思想的丰富和发展。本文分三个部分,主要论述了马克思的文化哲学思想,马克思文化哲学思想对社会主义文化强国建设的指导意义,以及社会主义文化强国建设是我国对马克思文化哲学思想的丰富和发展。
[Abstract]:For a long time, many people have compared Marx's cultural philosophy with Marx's cultural philosophy, and come to the conclusion that Marx has no cultural philosophy, because, in their view, Marx has never used the word "cultural philosophy" in his lifetime research works, nor has he written specifically on cultural philosophy. We should not start from the concept alone in the study of Marx's philosophy of culture. Systematic cultural philosophy. Since 2000, the Fifth Plenary session of the 15 Central Committee of the Party put forward for the first time "perfecting the policy of cultural industry, strengthening the construction and management of the cultural market," The strategic thinking of promoting the development of cultural industries has been until the sixth Plenary session of the 17 CPC Central Committee put forward the goal of building a socialist cultural power. This stage is a period of rapid progress in cultural construction in the history of our country. But the construction of cultural power is a huge and systematic project and a very long process. The development of culture can not be separated from the guiding role of cultural philosophy. "Cultural philosophy should be highly concerned about all cultural relations of human beings, especially the new ones, and promote the development of human cultural relations in a rich and healthy direction, but reflect on these basic cultural relations," Debugging is still the basic task of cultural philosophy. "(3) Marx's cultural philosophy with practice and dialectics as its core is the starting point of Marxist research on cultural philosophy at home and abroad, as well as the scientific world outlook and methodology. Marx's cultural philosophy thought gives scientific guidance to the construction of our country's cultural power from the height of philosophy. So that the construction of China's cultural power can be scientifically developed. The theory of Marxism is a theory of development and a theoretical system of keeping pace with the times. The construction of a socialist cultural power is a scientific decision made in synthetically judging the reality of domestic and international development, and is the realistic requirement of the current social development of our country. The theory formed in the construction of socialist cultural power also enriches and develops Marx's cultural philosophy.
