【摘要】:毛泽东作为中国共产党的第一代领导核心,在延安时期,始终关注党的理论建设,不断探索学习运动的规律和特点,形成了毛泽东的学习观并成为毛泽东思想的重要组成部分。延安时期毛泽东的学习观对当下继续推进党的建设伟大工程,构建学习型党组织和学习型社会,仍然具有极其重要的借鉴和启示作用。 本文主要以延安时期毛泽东的学习观为研究对象,遵循逻辑与历史相一致的原则,从延安时期毛泽东学习观形成的理论渊源与现实基点、主要内容、主要特色、历史作用与现实启示四个方面系统梳理总结延安时期毛泽东的学习观。本文贯穿了这样一条逻辑主线,即“为何学——何谓学——学什么——怎样学——谁来学”,从而能够理性认识延安时期毛泽东的学习观,并从中探索当代建设学习型政党的历史经验和现实启迪。 论文第一部分为绪论,主要概括本文的选题意义以及创新之处。 论文第二部分,阐释延安时期毛泽东学习观形成的理论渊源与现实基点,包括毛泽东对马克思主义的学习思想的继承和发展,对中国传统文化中学习思想的汲取,个人经历和历史背景的影响。 论文第三部分,概括了延安时期毛泽东学习观的主要内容,包括五个部分:毛泽东对“党的建设要通过学习”的必要性的客观分析,对学习观内涵的科学阐释,对学习内容的归纳总结,以及如何发挥各类学习主体的积极性和创新学习方法,提高学习质量。 论文第四部分,分析了延安时期毛泽东学习观的主要特色。包括注重学风问题,注重学习马克思主义原著,注重学以致用。 论文第五部分,探讨了延安时期毛泽东学习观的价值及其现实启示。历史价值包括确立和巩固了毛泽东思想的指导地位,培养和造就了一大批德才兼备的干部,提高了全党的马克思主义理论水平;理论价值包括丰富和发展了马克思主义关于学习的思想,推动了马克思主义中国化进程,并赋予了党建思想新的内涵;现实启示包括对加强党的思想理论建设的启示,对培育党的优良工作作风的启示,对完善党的学习制度的启示。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong, as the first leading core of the Communist Party of China, always paid attention to the theoretical construction of the Party during the Yan'an period, and constantly explored the laws and characteristics of the study movement. It formed Mao Zedong's view of learning and became an important part of Mao Zedong's thought. In Yanan period, Mao Zedong's view of learning continued to push forward the great project of party building, and to build a learning-type party organization and a learning-type society. Still has the extremely important reference and the enlightenment function. This article mainly takes Mao Zedong's learning view of Yan'an period as the research object, follows the principle that logic is consistent with history, from the theoretical origin and realistic basis, the main content, the main characteristics of the formation of the learning view of Mao Zedong in Yan'an period. Four aspects of historical role and realistic enlightenment are systematically summarized and summed up Mao Zedong's view of learning in Yan'an period. This paper runs through such a logical thread. That is, "why learning-what is learning-how to learn-who will learn", so as to rationally understand Mao Zedong's view of learning in Yan'an period, and explore the historical experience and practical enlightenment of contemporary construction of learning-type political party. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the significance and innovation of this paper. The second part of the paper explains the theoretical origin and practical basis of Mao Zedong's learning view in Yan'an period, including the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's Marxist learning thought, and the absorption of learning thought from Chinese traditional culture. The influence of personal experience and historical background. The third part of the paper summarizes the main contents of Mao Zedong's learning view in Yan'an period, including five parts: the objective analysis of the necessity of "Party building through study" and the scientific interpretation of the connotation of learning view. The summary of learning content and how to give play to the enthusiasm of all kinds of learning subjects and innovative learning methods to improve the quality of learning. Part 4th analyzes the main features of Mao Zedong's view of learning in Yan'an period, including paying attention to the problem of style of study, the study of Marxist original works and the application of learning. Part 5th discusses the value and practical enlightenment of Mao Zedong's view of learning in Yan'an period. The historical value includes establishing and consolidating the guiding position of Mao Zedong's thought, cultivating and bringing up a large number of cadres with both moral and talented abilities. The theoretical value includes enriching and developing the Marxist thought on learning, promoting the process of Marxism in China, and endowing the new connotation of the thought of party building. The practical enlightenment includes the enlightenment to strengthen the Party's ideological and theoretical construction, to cultivate the party's fine work style, to perfect the party's study system.
