“访惠聚”活动背景下新疆新型党群关系的构建

【摘要】：新的历史时期,随着世情、国情、党情的变化和各种社会矛盾的出现,党群关系出现了一些隔阂,一定程度上影响了党和人民群众间的感情和信任,这种情况在新疆的南疆边远地区尤为突出。它不仅削弱了党同各民族群众间的血肉联系,而且还阻碍了新疆南疆地区经济社会的进一步发展。本文以"访惠聚"活动工作为抓手,分析了当前新疆基层党群工作的现状、存在的问题和面临的挑战,深入探析了新时期践行党的群众路线,构建新型党群关系的有效路径。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period, with the emergence of world conditions, national conditions, changes in party sentiment and various social contradictions, some estrangement has appeared in the relationship between the Party and the masses, which to a certain extent has affected the feelings and trust between the party and the people. This situation is particularly prominent in the remote areas of southern Xinjiang. It not only weakens the blood and flesh ties between the Party and the masses of various nationalities, It also hinders the further development of economy and society in southern Xinjiang. This paper, with the work of "visiting and gathering together" as the starting point, analyzes the current situation, problems and challenges of the party and masses work at the grass-roots level in Xinjiang. This paper probes deeply into the practice of the mass line of the Party in the new period and constructs the effective path of the new type of relationship between the Party and the masses.
