【摘要】：在马克思、恩格斯所处的年代，虽然资本主义工业正处于大发展时期，但是生态破坏问题却远不像今天这样地鲜明和严重，当他们面临完成社会制度变革以及寻求无产阶级解放的伟大斗争的任务时，也没有忘记把目光投向更深入、甚至更远的未来，即探讨人类在资本主义社会工业迅速发展背后所必然面临的一个根本性问题人与环境的关系问题。就我们今天的发展而言，这个问题也就是经济全球化背景下的人类未来的生存环境问题。马克思恩格斯有关生态思想的研究在他们的生态哲学思想所涉猎的自然观、实践观、社会观和历史观中均有所体现。迄今为止，尽管这个体系不是非常地系统和完善，但其反映的生态哲学思想却极其深刻。今天，我们学习和研究马克思主义生态思想的重要内容和实践意义，不仅是我国社会经济发展的诉求，也是我们构建和谐友好、生态文明社会的向导，这对于我国现在正在进行的生态城市建设具有重大的指导意义。在实践上，为保证中国特色生态文明建设的顺利进行和社会主义现代化建设的总体进程，党中央和政府高举马克思主义生态思想理论旗帜，运用科学发展观，，坚持探索一条适合中国特色生态文明建设之路。结合我国的具体国情，把建设生态城市作为我国未来城市发展的重要目标，制定和提出了一系列针对当前中国出现的生态环境恶化新状况的政策和举措，包括加强政府管理，健全环保法律体制；建立健全资源有偿使用和生态补偿机制；加大企业科技投资，积极推广生态能源；普及生态知识教育，培养全民生态道德；建立生态文化模式，倡导健康生态文明等一系列由可持续发展向生态现代化的转变的有效措施，在一定程度上遏制了生态环境恶化进一步蔓延，也为我国正在进行的生态城市建设提供的可靠保障。
[Abstract]:In the age of Marx and Engels, although the capitalist industry was in a period of great development, the problem of ecological destruction was far from so clear-cut and serious as it is today. When faced with the task of completing the great struggle for the transformation of the social system and the search for the liberation of the proletariat, they did not forget to look further, or even further, into the future. That is, to explore a fundamental problem that human beings must face behind the rapid development of capitalist society and industry. The relationship between human beings and the environment. As far as our development is concerned today, This problem is also the future living environment of mankind under the background of economic globalization. Marx and Engels' research on ecological thought is embodied in their ecological philosophy's view of nature, practice, society and history. So far, although the system is not very systematic and perfect, Today, we study and study the important content and practical significance of Marxist ecological thought, which is not only the demand of our country's social and economic development, but also the construction of harmony and friendship. The guide of ecological civilization society is of great significance to the construction of ecological city in our country. In practice, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and the overall process of socialist modernization, the Party Central Committee and the government hold high the banner of Marxist ecological thought theory and apply the scientific concept of development. Persist in exploring a road suitable for the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics. In light of the specific conditions of our country, we should make the construction of an ecological city an important goal of our country's future urban development. A series of policies and measures aiming at the new situation of ecological environment deterioration in China have been formulated and put forward, including strengthening the government management, perfecting the legal system of environmental protection, establishing and perfecting the mechanism of compensation for the use of resources and ecological compensation. To increase enterprise investment in science and technology, to actively promote ecological energy, to popularize ecological knowledge education, to cultivate ecological morality among the people, and to establish an ecological and cultural model, A series of effective measures, such as advocating healthy ecological civilization and transforming from sustainable development to ecological modernization, to some extent contain the further spread of the deterioration of ecological environment, and also provide a reliable guarantee for the construction of ecological city in our country.
