新时期邓小平工业化思想研究

【摘要】：工业化是任何传统农业大国向工业文明国家迈进的过程中,不可逾越的发展阶段。也是一个发展中国家完成现代化必须经历的过程。新中国从建立之初实现工业化就成为我国需要迫切解决的问题。尽管以毛泽东为首的共产党人在探索我国的工业化道路中提出了许多有建设性的想法,但是直到改革开放以前我国在工业化的实践中始终没有突破苏联模式的限制。改革开放以后,邓小平在总结经验和借鉴前人工业化思想的基础上,提出了新时期的工业化思想。新时期邓小平工业化思想主要包括七个方面。以乡镇企业为载体,促进农村工业化的发展；以市场化改革为导向,推进工业化运转体制的转变；对内改革与对外开放同时并举,加快工业化建设；效率优先的区域不均衡发展的工业化战略；多种所有制经济成分共同发展推进工业化建设；依靠科技和教育,促进工业化的水平升级；为工业化发展制定切实可行的“三步走”战略目标等。这些思想在实践中发挥了巨大的功效,引领我国的工业化建设取得了辉煌的成就。新时期邓小平的工业化思想是对毛泽东工业化思想的继承与超越,同时也是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。它对进入新世纪以后,我国提出走新型工业化道路发挥了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Industrialization is the process in which any traditional agricultural country moves towards an industrial civilization. An insurmountable stage of development. It is also a process that a developing country must go through in order to complete its modernization. The industrialization of New China from the beginning of its establishment has become an urgent problem to be solved in our country, despite the fact that Mao Zedong is the leader of the Communist Party. In exploring the road to industrialization in our country, the CPC members have put forward many constructive ideas. But before the reform and opening up, our country never broke through the limitation of the Soviet model in the practice of industrialization. After the reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping, on the basis of summing up his experience and drawing lessons from his predecessors' industrialization thought, put forward the industrialization thought of the new era, which mainly includes seven aspects. To promote the development of rural industrialization; to promote the transformation of industrial operation system guided by market-oriented reform; to speed up the construction of industrialization at the same time as domestic reform and opening to the outside world; The economic components of various forms of ownership develop together to promote the industrialization construction, and rely on science and technology and education to promote the upgrading of industrialization level; These thoughts have played a great role in practice and led the industrialization construction of our country to make brilliant achievements. Deng Xiaoping's industrialization thought in the new period is not only the inheritance and transcendence of Mao Zedong's industrialization thought, but also an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory. Our country proposed to take the new industrialization road to play an important role.
