我国现阶段社会建设视域下的群众工作研究

【摘要】：改革开放三十多年来，我国经济社会取得了巨大的发展，但是在发展的过程中也积累了各种各样的矛盾。当前，我国社会正处于各种矛盾的激发时期，这些矛盾主要是属于人民内部矛盾。做好群众工作，妥善的处理这些人民内部矛盾，对于维护我国社会的稳定和构建社会主义和谐社会有着十分重要的意义。群众工作所涉及内容有着诸多的方面，本文关于我国当前的群众工作的研究主要是在社会建设的视域下。对于社会建设视域下的群众工作，本文从党和政府关于社会建设的论述出发，认为社会建设视域中的群众工作主要是要解决民生领域中的人民群众矛盾，，主要包括收入差距引发的矛盾和社会公共物品引发的矛盾两大类。本文从马克思主义的群众观出发，结合当前我国社会建设中群众工作的主要内容以及当前社会建设中群众工作存在的问题，对社会建设中的群众工作进行了相关的探索。正文主要由三个方面构成：正文的第一部分主要分析了马克思主义经典作家对于群众观点的论述，以及我国从国几代领导人对于群众观点的论述。正文第二部分分析了我国当前社会建设中群众工作的主要内容和群众工作的存在的问题，并从主客观两个方面分析了造成我国当前社会建设中群众工作这一现状的原因。正文第三部分对于如何做好当前社会建设中的群众工作进行了相关探索，提出在做好社会建设中的群众工作中必须要坚持以马克思主义群众观为指导和统筹兼顾的原则，提出了要以维护人民群众的根本利益作为群众工作的出发点，以提高党员干部和广大人民群众的素质来促进群众工作的开展，以发挥人民群众的创造精神促进群众工作体制的创新。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic and social development has made great progress, but in the process of development, there are also accumulated a variety of contradictions. At present, our society is in a period of stimulating various contradictions. These contradictions mainly belong to the contradictions among the people. It is of great significance to do a good job of mass work and properly deal with these contradictions among the people in order to maintain the social stability of our country and build a harmonious socialist society. There are many aspects involved in mass work. In this paper, the research on mass work in our country is mainly from the perspective of social construction. Starting from the exposition of the Party and the government on social construction, this paper holds that the main purpose of mass work in the field of social construction is to solve the contradictions among the people in the field of people's livelihood. It mainly includes the contradiction caused by income gap and the contradiction caused by social public goods. Starting from the Marxist view of the masses, this paper combines the main contents of the mass work in the current social construction of our country and the problems existing in the mass work in the current social construction. This paper explores the mass work in social construction. The main body is composed of three aspects:. The first part of the text mainly analyzes the discourse of Marxist classical writers on the views of the masses. The second part of the text analyzes the main contents of mass work and the problems existing in mass work in the current social construction of our country. It also analyzes the causes of mass work in the current social construction of our country from the subjective and objective aspects. The third part of the text explores how to do well the mass work in the current social construction. It is pointed out that in doing well the mass work in social construction, we must adhere to the principle of taking the Marxist view of the masses as the guide and take into account the overall consideration, and put forward that the starting point of mass work should be to safeguard the fundamental interests of the masses of the people. To improve the quality of party members and cadres and the masses of the people to promote the development of mass work, in order to give play to the creative spirit of the masses to promote the innovation of the mass work system.
