【摘要】：中国共产党联系群众动力是目前理论界关注的前沿领域和重大课题。中国共产党联系群众动力主要包括内驱力和外促力两个基本方面。从内驱力来说,要考量政党性质、政党宗旨、政党纲领与中国共产党联系群众之间的内在逻辑;从外促力来说,要考量联系群众而兴脱离群众而衰的经验教训、夯实政党自身执政合法性基础的现实需求、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的未来愿景与中国共产党联系群众之间的影响机理。建设"服务型"政党,这既是中国共产党联系群众内驱力与外促力共同的价值指向与目标追求,也是研究中国共产党联系群众历史进程得出的宝贵经验与基本结论,更是目前新形势下进一步密切党群关系的时代要求与努力方向。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the CPC and the masses is a front field and a major issue of concern to the theoretical circle. The CPC's linkage with the masses mainly includes two basic aspects: internal drive and external driving force. From the perspective of internal drive, the nature of political parties should be considered. The internal logic between the purpose of a political party, the program of a political party and the CPC's association with the masses; in terms of promoting force from the outside, it is necessary to consider the experience and lessons of connecting the masses and breaking away from the masses, so as to consolidate the realistic needs of the political party's own ruling legitimacy foundation. To realize the future vision of Chinese Dream, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the influence mechanism between the CPC and the masses, to build a "service-oriented" political party, This is not only the common value direction and goal pursuit of the Communist Party of China in relation to the masses' internal drive and external force, but also the valuable experience and basic conclusion drawn from the study of the historical process of the CPC's association with the masses. Is the new situation under the further closer relationship between the Party and the masses of the times and the direction of efforts.
