【摘要】：党的历史文献的价值,不会因时间的流逝、时代的发展而褪色,相反,它们会历久弥新。本文以中国共产党历史上具有深远影响的重要文献一《关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》为研究对象,依据历史文献和史料对《决议》产生的历史背景及过程进行了探讨,认为理论工作务虚会和叶剑英国庆三十周年讲话奠定了《决议》的理论基础,对其起草和制定影响深刻。本文重点论述了邓小平、陈云、胡耀邦和胡乔木四位中共领导人在《决议》制定过程中作出的突出贡献：邓小平确立了起草《决议》的根本指导原则,为一些重大历史问题“定调”；陈云建议增写对建国前28年历史的回顾,强调要“敲定”对历史问题的评价；胡耀邦详细阐述了应如何正确对待毛泽东和毛泽东思想,并对学习贯彻《决议》作出工作部署；胡乔木作为起草小组主要负责人,具体主持了《决议》的起草和修改工作,在这一过程中,他凝炼和提出了一系列重要的思想理论观点。此外,本文还考察了三十余年以来中国共产党对《决议》中若干重要论断的新认识,认为尽管一些提法发生了变化,甚至对个别历史人物也作出了更合乎历史事实的新评价,但是,这些新观点、新判断、新提法,都是建立在《决议》的基础之上的,都是一脉相承且与时俱进的。作为研究建国以来党的历史的智慧结晶,《决议》反映了八十年代初期党的最高认识水平。《决议》中所展现的研究历史问题的科学的立场、观点和方法没有过时,具有永恒的价值。
[Abstract]:The value of the Party's historical documents will not fade with the passage of time and the development of the times. On the contrary, They will last for a long time. This article focuses on the important document of the Communist Party of China, the Resolution on some Historical problems of the Party since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which has a far-reaching impact on the history of the Communist Party of China. Based on the historical documents and historical data, this paper probes into the historical background and process of the "Resolution", and holds that the theoretical work retreat and Ye Jianying's 30 Anniversary speech on National Day have laid the theoretical foundation for the "Resolution". This paper focuses on Deng Xiaoping, Chen Yun, The outstanding contributions made by the four Chinese Communist leaders Hu Yaobang and Hu Qiaomu in the process of formulating the "resolution": Deng Xiaoping established the fundamental guiding principles for drafting the "resolution". "setting the tone" for some major historical issues; Chen Yun suggested adding a review of the 28 years before the founding of the people's Republic of China, stressing the need to "finalize" the evaluation of historical issues; and Hu Yaobang elaborated in detail on how to correctly deal with the ideas of Mao Zedong and Mao Zedong. Hu Qiaomu, as the main person in charge of the drafting group, specifically presided over the drafting and revision of the Resolution. In this process, He condensed and put forward a series of important ideological and theoretical viewpoints. In addition, the paper also examined the CPC's new understanding of some important arguments in the Resolution over the past 30 years, and concluded that although some formulations have changed, Even individual historical figures have been given new assessments that are more in line with historical facts, but these new views, new judgments and new formulations are based on the "resolution". As a result of studying the history of the Party since the founding of the people's Republic of China, "Resolution" reflects the highest level of understanding of the Party in the beginning of 80s. Ideas and methods are not out of date and have eternal value.
