【摘要】： 邓小平同志是中国改革开放事业的总设计师，邓小平理论已成为中国共产党的指导思想和行动指南。作为这一博大精深理论的重要组成部分，邓小平教育理论成为世人关注的热点。而邓小平教育优先发展思想则是考察邓小平教育理论的重要基点。研究邓小平教育优先发展思想是新形势下我国教育改革与发展提出的新的理论课题，具有深远的理论意义和积极的现实价值。目前，国内部分专家学者对此有一些研究，但还不充分。国外学界的研究非常少见。本文试图在已有研究成果的基础上，结合自己的专业学习和工作实际，力求对邓小平教育优先发展思想的形成与发展、内容与特点、实践与升华作一些粗浅的探讨，从而正确理解和把握学习研究邓小平教育优先发展思想的宏观体系、重大意义，进一步达成优先发展教育的广泛共识，自觉地用它指导我们今天的教育改革与发展，，不断推进科教兴国战略的积极实施，实现中华民族的伟大复兴。
[Abstract]:Comrade Deng Xiaoping is the chief designer of the cause of China's reform and opening up, and Deng Xiaoping's theory has become the guiding ideology and guide for action of the Communist Party of China. As an important part of this broad and profound theory, Deng Xiaoping's educational theory has become the focus of the world's attention, and Deng Xiaoping's thought of giving priority to education is an important starting point for studying the theory of Deng Xiaoping's educational development. The study of Deng Xiaoping's thought of preferential development of education is a new situation of educational reform in China. And the new theoretical issues of development, It has profound theoretical significance and positive practical value. At present, some domestic experts and scholars have done some research on it, but it is not enough. The research in foreign academic circles is very rare. This paper attempts to build on the existing research results. In combination with his own professional study and work practice, he made every effort to make some superficial discussions on the formation and development, content and characteristics, practice and sublimation of Deng Xiaoping's thought of giving priority to the development of education. Thus, it is of great significance to correctly understand and grasp the macro system of learning and research on Deng Xiaoping's thought of priority development in education, to further reach a broad consensus on giving priority to the development of education, and to use it consciously to guide our educational reform and development today. The strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education should be vigorously implemented to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
