网络舆情的发展与加强党的执政能力建设

【摘要】：互联网的高速发展和广泛使用催生了网络社会,网络舆情是网络社会中的一个焦点。如何正确处置网络舆情,事关党的执政善政大事。根据我国网络舆情的发展概况及网络舆情对党的执政方面所带来的影响,提出了正确引导网络舆情,利用网络舆情凝聚民心,正确分析处置网络舆情,妥善应对网络舆情突发事件,联合国际力量打击网络犯罪等加强党的执政能力建设的措施和策略。
[Abstract]:The rapid development and extensive use of the Internet have given birth to the network society, network public opinion is a focus in the network society.How to deal with network public opinion correctly is related to the party's good governance.According to the general situation of the development of the network public opinion in our country and the influence of the network public opinion on the ruling of the Party, this paper puts forward the correct guidance of the network public opinion, the use of the network public opinion to gather the people's heart, and the correct analysis and disposal of the network public opinion.The measures and strategies of strengthening the Party's ruling ability are to deal with the sudden events of network public opinion and to unite international forces to crack down on cybercrime.
