我国生态文明建设的理论依据及其路径选择

【摘要】：随着工业化和现代化进程的加快，人类面临的生态环境日益恶化，已严重威胁到人类的生存与社会的发展。如何克服环境危机，成为世界各国关注的焦点和共同难题，也是人类要不断探寻答案的“斯芬克斯之谜”。中共十七大报告，第一次鲜明地把生态文明建设纳入全面建设小康社会的新的目标要求。生态问题，说到底是关于人如何看待人自身、自然的价值问题。寻求这些问题的解决之道，需要以史为镜、汲取智慧。生活在19世纪的马克思恩格斯系统地论述了人与自然的辩证关系，对近代工业发达的资本主义社会中典型的环境问题予以批判，并揭露了环境问题产生的社会根源，提出解决方式。今天，我们深入研究认真梳理马克思主义创始人的生态哲学思想可以为我们进一步深刻认识国内外的生态危机，正确处理人与自然的关系，贯彻落实科学发展观提供学理支撑；在现实意义上，有助于中国特色社会主义生态文明建设实践，，构建和谐社会。本论文以辩证唯物主义为基本立场，坚持逻辑与历史相统一的原则，首先，对马克思恩格斯的生态哲学思想进行梳理、归纳，并指出其现实意蕴；其次，分析了我国生态文明建设的现状；第三，重点剖析了生态问题产生的原因，分别从经济、政治、文化三个方面予以阐述；最后，探讨了马克思恩格斯生态哲学视域下中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的实现路径。马克思主义经典作家的生态哲学思想是为我国生态文明建设新理念提供了深厚的理论基础，为经济发展方式转变指引了方向，奠定了资源节约、环境友好的“两型”社会的建设维度。只有以环境承载能力为基础，促进产业结构优化升级，明确政府的生态责任，注重生态文化建设，倡导绿色消费和健康向上的生活方式，才能重塑人与自然的和谐共生关系，达到和谐统一，实现人的自由全面发展。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization and modernization, the ecological environment that human beings are facing is worsening day by day, which has seriously threatened the survival of human beings and the development of society.How to overcome the environmental crisis has become the focus and common problem of all countries in the world.The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, for the first time, brought the construction of ecological civilization into the new goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Ecological problem, in the final analysis, is about how people treat themselves, the value of nature.To find a solution to these problems, we need to learn wisdom from history.Marx and Engels, who lived in the 19th century, systematically discussed the dialectical relationship between man and nature, criticized the typical environmental problems in the modern industrial developed capitalist society, and exposed the social origin of the environmental problems.Propose a solution.Today, we deeply study and comb the ecological philosophy thought of the founder of Marxism, which can provide the theoretical support for us to further understand the ecological crisis at home and abroad, deal with the relationship between man and nature correctly, and carry out the scientific development view.In practical sense, it is helpful to the construction practice of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and the construction of harmonious society.This paper takes dialectical materialism as the basic position, adheres to the principle of the unity of logic and history. Firstly, it combs and sums up Marx and Engels' thought of ecological philosophy, and points out its realistic implication.This paper analyzes the current situation of ecological civilization construction in China. Thirdly, it analyzes the causes of ecological problems, and expounds them from three aspects: economy, politics and culture.This paper probes into the way to realize the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of Marx and Engels' ecological philosophy.The ecological philosophy thought of the classical Marxist writers provides a profound theoretical basis for the new concept of ecological civilization construction in our country, guides the transformation of the economic development mode, and lays the foundation for the conservation of resources.The construction dimension of environmental friendly "two-type" society.Only on the basis of carrying capacity of environment, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, clarifying the ecological responsibility of the government, paying attention to the construction of ecological culture, advocating green consumption and healthy living style, can we reshape the harmonious symbiotic relationship between man and nature.To achieve harmony and unity, to achieve the free and all-round development of human beings.
