【摘要】：随着经济全球化浪潮的推进，世界各国把提高人力资本的质量放在经济发展战略中的重要位置，如何加快提高人力资本的质量成为各国关注的焦点问题。针对中国当代人力资本的质量偏低的现状，有必要将如何提高人力资本的质量作为新发展阶段的重中之重。马克思主义价值观有利于提高人力资本的质量，从而促进经济增长。本论文以马克思主义价值观为基础，，探究当代马克思主义理论教育对受教育者的重要作用，结合中国实际，通过具体分析导致当代中国人力资本偏低的原因，提出加强马克思主义理论教育具体措施。本文共分为五章，具体思路如下：第一章绪论主要阐述了本论文的研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状、研究的思路和主要方法、创新之处，做好论文写作的前期基础。第二章主要分析马克思主义教育理论对受教育者的重要作用，指出马克思主义理论教育有利于培养受教育者形成科学的思维方式、使教育者树立正确的价值观以及促进受教育者全面的发展，从理论根源分析马克思主义理论教育的重要性。第三章主要是当代中国人力资本质量的分析，这是本论文的重点内容。从人力资本质量偏低、劳动者的技术熟练不高及科技创新水平不足等原因进行分析。第四章主要是对马克思主义价值观与人力资本的关系分析。本章重点阐述马克思主义价值观有利于提升人力资本的质量，促进劳动者的技术进步，以及提高科学技术的进步。第五章分析了加强培养马克思主义价值观工作的具体措施，提升受教育者对价值观与人力资本关系的认识，提升教育工作者对价值观与人力资本关系的认识，以及教学方法的改良。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, countries all over the world put the improvement of human capital quality in the important position of economic development strategy. How to accelerate the improvement of human capital quality has become the focus of attention. In view of the low quality of contemporary human capital in China, it is necessary to consider how to improve the quality of human capital as the most important part of the new development stage. Marxist values are conducive to improving the quality of human capital, thereby promoting economic growth. On the basis of Marxist values, this paper explores the important role of contemporary Marxist theoretical education in the education of the educated, and analyzes the causes of the low human capital in contemporary China through concrete analysis in combination with the reality of China. Put forward concrete measures to strengthen Marxist theory education. This paper is divided into five chapters, the specific ideas are as follows: The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas and main methods, the innovation, and do a good job in the early stage of the paper writing foundation. The second chapter mainly analyzes the important role of Marxist educational theory to the educatee, and points out that Marxist theoretical education is conducive to the cultivation of the educatee to form a scientific mode of thinking. The importance of Marxist theoretical education is analyzed from the theoretical root of the theory by enabling educators to set up correct values and to promote the all-round development of educatees. The third chapter is the analysis of the quality of contemporary Chinese human capital, which is the focus of this paper. This paper analyzes the causes of low quality of human capital, low technical proficiency of laborer and insufficient level of scientific and technological innovation. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the relationship between Marxist values and human capital. This chapter focuses on Marxist values to promote the quality of human capital, promote the technological progress of workers, and improve the progress of science and technology. The fifth chapter analyzes the concrete measures to strengthen the work of cultivating Marxist values, to enhance the educatees' understanding of the relationship between values and human capital, and to enhance the educators' understanding of the relationship between values and human capital. And the improvement of teaching methods.
