社会主义和谐社会背景下的残疾人人文关怀研究

【摘要】：关爱残疾人是社会文明进步的重要标志。在当今社会转型的背景下,由于残疾人的特殊性,其承受着比普通人群更大的压力,如果残疾人的问题得不到很好的解决,就很有可能引发一系列群体性社会问题,从而影响社会主义和谐社会的构建,其原因在于残疾人人文关怀的缺失,因此构建社会主义和谐社会,需要关爱残疾人,在残疾人工作中融入更多的人文关怀,关注残疾人群体的权利保障,切实解决好残疾人最关心的问题。探索残疾人人文关怀的有效途径和新颖方式,促进残疾人平等参与社会活动,对于友爱良好社会风尚的形成,维护社会的公平正义,以及社会主义和谐社会的构建都具有特殊而重要的意义。本文从人文关怀的视角出发,以残疾人这一弱势群体为对象,探讨了和谐社会背景下残疾人人文关怀的相关问题。文章首先分析探讨了人文关怀的内涵、价值功能和特征,残疾人人文关怀的定义、内容和原则,明确了对残疾人进行人文关怀符合和谐社会的发展要求；通过对人文关怀的理论基础以及与构建和谐社会的关系等问题的研习,将人文关怀思想融入到残疾人日常工作生活中去；分析我国残疾人人文关怀的现状,总结我国残疾人人文关怀中出现的不足,并归纳原因；运用比较分析的方法,对国外残疾人人文关怀进行比较,探索可供我国学习和借鉴的经验；文章最后指出,我国应该在和谐社会背景下,从人文关怀的角度对残疾人的发展现状进行研究,着重从法律、组织机构、观念、行动等方面,加强对残疾人进行人文关怀,进而完善我国残疾人工作制度。
[Abstract]:Caring for the disabled is an important symbol of social civilization and progress. In the context of social transformation today, because of the particularity of the disabled, they are under greater pressure than the general population. If the problems of the disabled are not solved very well, it is likely to lead to a series of group social problems. Therefore, to construct a harmonious socialist society, the reason lies in the lack of humanistic care for the disabled. Therefore, in order to build a harmonious socialist society, it is necessary to care for the disabled and to integrate more humanistic care into the work of the disabled. We should pay close attention to the protection of the rights of the disabled and effectively solve the problems that the disabled are most concerned about. To explore effective ways and new ways of humanistic care for the disabled, to promote the equal participation of disabled persons in social activities, to promote the formation of a good social custom of friendship, and to safeguard social fairness and justice, And the construction of socialist harmonious society has special and important significance. This paper, from the perspective of humanistic care, takes the disabled as a vulnerable group, and probes into the relevant issues of humanistic care for the disabled in the context of a harmonious society. Firstly, the article analyzes and discusses the connotation, value function and characteristics of humanistic care, the definition, content and principle of humanistic care for the disabled, and clarifies that humanistic care for the disabled conforms to the development requirements of a harmonious society. Through the study of the theoretical basis of humanistic care and the relationship with the construction of a harmonious society, the thought of humanistic care is integrated into the daily working life of the disabled, and the present situation of humanistic care for the disabled in our country is analyzed. This paper summarizes the deficiency and causes of humanistic care for the disabled in China, compares the humanistic care of disabled people abroad with the method of comparative analysis, and explores the experiences that can be used for study and reference in our country. In the context of a harmonious society, our country should study the present situation of the development of the disabled from the angle of humanistic care, and focus on strengthening humanistic care for the disabled in the aspects of law, organization, concept, action, and so on. And then perfect the work system of the disabled in our country.
