【摘要】：民生问题是当代社会关注的热点问题，是人民的生存和发展问题。民生问题表现为不仅仅是一个社会、经济问题，又是一个政治问题。随着改革开放和社会主义现代化建设，以邓小平为核心的党的第二代领导集体坚持和发展了“全心全意为人民服务”的群众思想。30年的改革开放和中国特色社会主义的发展中邓小平民生观的重要意义更为明显，并且深刻影响这个伟大的进程。邓小平的民生观是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。邓小平民生观，扬弃和超越中国古代传统的民本思想，继承马克思主义的有关于发展生产力和人的全面发展的民生思想，借鉴孙中山的民生主义，发展了毛泽东的民生思想来直接形成的，邓小平的民生观产生的时候正好是传统社会模式解决民生问题的时候遭受到了挫折，还有我国处于社会主义初级阶段，生产力的总体发展水平不高，满足不了人民的需求，发展生产力的必由之路是改革开放，建设有中国特色的社会主义，只有改革开放才能发展生产力，提高人民的生活水平给人民带来安稳的生活环境。邓小平民生观的主要内容有，以发展生产力作为解决民生问题的切入点，以改革开放作为解决民生问题的直接动力，以实施“三步走”经济发展战略作为解决民生问题的根本途径，以实现“共同富裕”作为解决民生问题的最终目标，以“三个有利于”判断标准来检验解决民生问题的好坏，以加强精神文明建设作为解决民生问题的重要方向，以确保社会稳定作为解决民生问题的重要保证。改善人民生活的伟大进程进行的这么好，离不开邓小平的民生观。邓小平民生观，，为进一步推进了中国特色社会主义民生建设提供了理论基础，促进了科学发展观贯彻落实、构建社会主义和谐社会和实现中国梦三大任务的完成。
