马克思主义生态文明观的当代价值

【摘要】：马克思提出了以“生产方式”为中介的“人化自然”理论以及人与自然“和解”的理论。恩格斯在《自然辩证法》中也系统地阐述了人与自然的关系。他们在各自的著作中虽然都没有公开明确地提出生态文明观，但在他们的理论中却蕴涵着丰富的生态文明思想。当今伴随工业化发展进程的加快，环境污染、生态危机的加剧，使马克思和恩格斯的生态思想逐渐受到理论界的重视，其当代价值日益凸显出来。生态马克思主义就是对马克思主义的生态文明思想直接继承的理论结晶，它是生态学和马克思主义相融合的产物。生态学马克思主义的产生有其深刻的现实背景和理论渊源，短短几十年间，生态学马克思主义得到了充分的发展，派别自身不断完善，产生了许多十分有价值的理论。它是当代西方马克思主义的新形态。总而言之，生态马克思主义弘扬了马克思的生态文明思想。马克思主义的生态文明思想是在不断调整和完善经济社会发展重大决策的过程中逐渐显现其价值的，它经历了从隐含于经济社会发展的决策之中到明确提出生态文明的基本概念、目标和内容从而成为显性的生态文明观的过程。当代中国马克思主义生态文明观是经典马克思主义生态文明观的当代形态。当代中国生态文明观就是在这样的国际国内背景下产生的，既与马克思主义生态思想一脉相承，又具有鲜明的时代特色、国情特色和民族特色。“生态文明”这一新概念是中国特色社会主义理论的一个重要的创造性成果，是对马克思主义生态文明观的丰富和发展，是马克思主义生态文明观在当代中国发展的一个重要标志。在实践的过程中，，中国共产党人探索出了许多重要的理论和实践成果，它的构成要素主要包括马克思主义理论渊源、中国古老生态文明观的影响和中国共产党人对马克思主义生态文明观的继承和发展。当代中国生态文明坚守生态建设的基本原则，采取多层面的积极的政策措施并积极推进全球合作。建设生态文明，要从观念路径、理论路径、技术路径和决策路径等入手，多管齐下解决建设中的实际问题。当代经济迅速发展，引发了一系列生态危机，马克思主义生态文明观的当代价值就凸显了出来。生态文明强调人与自然的和谐，随着城市化进程的加快，当人类以牺牲资源环境为代价时，必然受到自然的报复和惩罚。人们必须做到人与自然和谐统一，建立与自然间的朋友关系、兄弟关系，放弃“统治和支配自然”的错误观念和做法。现如今，生态文明建设与经济发展密不可分，十七大报告提出了“建设生态文明”，并将其定为全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标，体现了国家对生态文明建设的高度重视。马克思主义生态文明观是当今生态文明建设的理论基础和指导思想。
[Abstract]:Marx put forward the theory of "humanization of nature" and the theory of "reconciliation" between man and nature. Engels also systematically expounds the relationship between man and nature in Dialectics of Nature. Although they did not put forward the concept of ecological civilization openly and explicitly in their respective works, they contained rich thoughts of ecological civilization in their theories. With the rapid development of industrialization, environmental pollution and the aggravation of ecological crisis, Marx and Engels' ecological thought has been paid more and more attention by the theoretical circle, and its contemporary value is becoming more and more prominent. Ecological Marxism is the theoretical crystallization that inherits the Marxist thought of ecological civilization directly. It is the product of the combination of ecology and Marxism. The emergence of ecological Marxism has its profound realistic background and theoretical origin. In just a few decades, ecological Marxism has been fully developed, the faction itself has been constantly improved, and many valuable theories have emerged. It is a new form of contemporary western Marxism. In a word, ecological Marxism carries forward Marx's thought of ecological civilization. The Marxist thought of ecological civilization is gradually showing its value in the process of constantly adjusting and perfecting the important decision-making of economic and social development. It has gone through the process from implicit in the decision-making of economic and social development to explicit putting forward the basic concept, goal and content of ecological civilization, thus becoming a dominant ecological civilization view. Contemporary Chinese Marxist ecological civilization is the contemporary form of classical Marxist ecological civilization. The contemporary Chinese ecological civilization concept is produced under this international and domestic background, which is not only inherited from Marxist ecological thought, but also has distinct characteristics of the times, national conditions and national characteristics. The new concept of "ecological civilization" is an important creative achievement of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and it is the enrichment and development of Marxist ecological civilization. It is an important symbol of the development of Marxist ecological civilization in contemporary China. In the course of practice, the Chinese Communists have explored many important theoretical and practical achievements, the main elements of which include the origin of Marxist theory. The influence of ancient Chinese ecological civilization and the inheritance and development of Marxist ecological civilization. Contemporary Chinese ecological civilization adheres to the basic principles of ecological construction, adopts multi-level positive policy measures and actively promotes global cooperation. In order to construct ecological civilization, we should solve the practical problems in construction from the view path, the theory path, the technical path and the decision path and so on. The rapid development of contemporary economy has triggered a series of ecological crises, and the contemporary value of Marxist ecological civilization has been highlighted. Ecological civilization emphasizes the harmony between man and nature. With the acceleration of urbanization, when human beings sacrifice resources and environment, they will be punished by nature. People must achieve harmony and unity between man and nature, establish friendship and Brotherhood with nature, and give up the wrong idea and practice of "ruling and dominating nature". Nowadays, the construction of ecological civilization is closely related to economic development. The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) puts forward the idea of "building ecological civilization" and regards it as the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, which reflects the great importance attached by the state to the construction of ecological civilization. Marxist view of ecological civilization is the theoretical basis and guiding ideology of ecological civilization construction.
