毛泽东农业合作化思想及其启示研究

【摘要】：我国是一个农业大国，农业是国民经济的基础。农业的发展直接影响到国民经济其他部分的发展和我国现代化事业的成败。长期以来，我们党和国家一直在努力探索如何解决农业、农村、农民问题，并始终把“三农”问题列为党和国家工作的重中之重。新中国成立后特别是在土地改革胜利完成后，在毛泽东农业合作化思想的指导下，我国掀起了大规模的农业合作化运动，成功地引导亿万个体农民走上了社会主义集体化道路，进一步解放了农村生产力。在合作化的那几年，我国的粮食和其他农作物产量年年增加。但是由于当时复杂的历史原因，我国的农业合作化没有取得最后的成功。从上世纪八十年代起，我国农村实行了以家庭联产承包责任制为主的土地制度，农民的生产热情再一次得到极大提高，，农村的面貌也发生了巨大的变化。但是到了二十一世纪的今天，我国的农业基础地位依然不强，农村基础设施依然薄弱，农民生活依然困难，“三农”问题依然困扰着我国改革发展。本文认为二十世纪五十年代我国的农业合作化运动虽然没有取得预期的效果，但是毛泽东的农业合作化思想却是一笔宝贵的财富。发达国家的经验也表明，提高农民的组织化程度是促进农业发展、增强农业竞争力的重要途径。因此，在建设社会主义新农村的时代背景下研究毛泽东的农业合作化思想，对我国农村的经济发展有着重要的现实意义。本论文一共分为四章：第一章为绪论，概括了研究毛泽东农业合作化思想的意义及研究现状；第二章论述了毛泽东农业合作化思想的理论来源、主要内容和重要意义；第三章分析了毛泽东农业合作化思想在实践中的经验教训；第四章论述了毛泽东农业合作化思想对当前我国农村经济发展的重要启示。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big agricultural country, agriculture is the foundation of national economy. The development of agriculture has a direct impact on the development of other parts of the national economy and the success or failure of China's modernization cause. For a long time, our Party and country have been trying to find out how to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and peasants, and always regard the "three rural" issues as the top priority of the Party and the state. After the founding of New China, especially after the successful completion of land reform, under the guidance of Mao Zedong's thought of agricultural cooperation, our country set off a large-scale agricultural cooperative movement and successfully guided hundreds of millions of individual farmers into the road of socialist collectivization. Further liberate the rural productive forces. In the years of co-operative transformation, China's grain and other crop yields increased year by year. However, because of the complicated historical reasons at that time, the agricultural cooperative transformation of our country did not obtain the final success. Since the eighties of the last century, the rural areas of our country have implemented the land system which is based on the household contract responsibility system. The farmers' enthusiasm for production has been greatly improved once again, and the appearance of the countryside has also undergone tremendous changes. However, in the 21 century, the basic position of agriculture in our country is still not strong, the rural infrastructure is still weak, the farmers' life is still difficult, and the "three rural" problems are still perplexing the reform and development of our country. This paper holds that although the agricultural cooperative movement of our country did not achieve the expected results in the 1950s, Mao Zedong's thought of agricultural cooperation is a precious wealth. The experience of developed countries also shows that improving farmers' organization is an important way to promote agricultural development and enhance agricultural competitiveness. Therefore, under the background of constructing the new socialist countryside, it is of great practical significance to study the agricultural cooperative thought of Mao Zedong for the rural economic development of our country. This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which summarizes the significance and research status of Mao Zedong agricultural cooperative thought, the second chapter discusses the theoretical source, main content and important significance of Mao Zedong agricultural cooperative thought. The third chapter analyzes the experience and lessons of Mao Zedong's agricultural cooperative thought in practice, and the fourth chapter discusses the important enlightenment of Mao Zedong's agricultural cooperative thought to the current rural economic development of our country.
