【摘要】：中国共产党自从成立开始，，就一直以历史唯物主义关于人民群众是历史创造者的基本理论作为指导，以毛泽东为代表的共产党人，在领导中国革命的斗争中，从中国革命的实际出发，创造性运用和发展了马克思列宁主义关于人民群众历史地位和作用。党在延安的十三年是群众路线成熟和发展的十三年，不仅铸就了伟大的延安精神，而且实现了中国共产党有局部执政到全国执政。群众路线不仅是我党的“传家宝”，更是我们的根本路线。党的群众路线在中国革命、建设和改革的社会实践中萌芽、形成和成熟。“为了谁”、“依靠谁”、“我是谁”，是新形势下贯彻群众路线需要思考的几个重要的原则。明确“为了谁”，才能找准前进方向；搞清“依靠谁”，才能找到工作的力量源泉；解决好“我是谁”，才能认清把握自己。党的群众工作的经验启示我们，我们党的最大政治优势是密切联系群众。群众路线是中国共产党将马克思主义基本原理创造性地运用于中国革命实践的伟大创造，是党的根本工作路线和工作方法。就我们党来说，之所以得到广大人民的无比信赖、爱戴、拥护和支持，具有蓬勃旺盛的生命力，最主要的保障，就是我们党从建党开始到延安时期形成并逐步成熟起来的群众路线。可以说，党的群众路线是我们党的生命线。群众路线也是我们党区别于其它政党的一个显著特征，而坚持群众路线使我们党密切了和人民群众之间的血肉联系，使我们党在广大群众的拥护下取得了一个又一个伟大的胜利。群众路线的内容：群众观点和群众路线的方法，是观点和方法的统一，是工作作风和组织原则的统一，“一切为了群众，一切依靠群众，从群众中来，到群众中去”是它的经典表达和高度概括。延安时期在中国革命史上的地位，毛泽东作了评价，他指出：“我说陕北是两个点：一个落脚点，一个出发点。”具体说，延安是红军长征的“落脚点”和抗日战争的“出发点”。总之，它是中国革命走向全国胜利的“转折点”。纵观党的革命史，延安之所以能够有此特殊的历史地位与党在延安时期的实施的群众路线密切相关。党在延安的十三年是群众路线成熟和发展的十三年，不仅铸就了伟大的延安精神，而且实现了中国共产党有局部执政到全国执政。所以，党在延安时期的群众路线值得深入研究，这可为我们今天构建社会主义和谐社会提供历史之鉴。
[Abstract]:Since its inception, the Communist Party of China has been guided by the basic theory of historical materialism that the masses of the people are the creators of history, and the Communists, represented by Mao Zedong, have been leading the struggle of the Chinese revolution. Proceeding from the reality of the Chinese revolution, we creatively applied and developed Marxism-Leninism on the historical status and role of the masses. The thirteen years of the Party in Yan'an were the thirteen years of the maturity and development of the mass line, which not only forged the great Yan'an spirit, but also realized the partial ruling of the Communist Party of China to the national ruling. The mass line is not only our party's "heirloom", but also our fundamental line. The mass line of the Party has sprouted, formed and matured in the social practice of revolution, construction and reform in China. "for who", "who depends on" and "who am I" are important principles for carrying out the mass line under the new situation. "for whom" can we find the right way forward, "who to rely on" to find the source of strength of the job, and "who I am" can be understood to grasp themselves. The experience of the Party's mass work enlightens us that our party's greatest political advantage is to keep in close touch with the masses. The mass line is the great creation that the Communist Party of China creatively applies the basic principles of Marxism to the practice of Chinese revolution, and is the fundamental working line and working method of the Party. As far as our party is concerned, the reason why it has won the overwhelming trust, love, support and support of the broad masses of the people has a vigorous vitality and the most important guarantee. It is the mass line that our party formed and gradually matured from the beginning of its founding to the period of Yan'an. It can be said that the Party's mass line is our party's lifeline. The mass line is also a prominent feature of our party's distinction from other political parties, and adherence to the mass line has made our party closely related to the masses of the people. Our Party has won one great victory after another under the support of the broad masses. The contents of the mass line: the mass view and the method of the mass line are the unity of the views and methods, the unity of the work style and the organizational principle, "all for the benefit of the masses, all relying on the masses and coming from among the masses," "going to the masses" is its classic expression and highly generalized. The position of Yan'an period in the history of Chinese revolution was evaluated by Mao Zedong. He pointed out: "I say Northern Shaanxi is two points: a foothold and a starting point." Specifically, Yan'an is the "foothold" of the long March of the Red Army and the "starting point" of the War of Resistance against Japan. In short, it is the Chinese revolution to the national victory of the "turning point." Throughout the revolutionary history of the Party, the reason why Yan'an has this special historical position is closely related to the mass line implemented by the Party during the Yan'an period. The thirteen years of the Party in Yan'an were the thirteen years of the maturity and development of the mass line, which not only forged the great Yan'an spirit, but also realized the partial ruling of the Communist Party of China to the national ruling. Therefore, the mass line of the Party in Yan'an period is worthy of further study, which can provide a historical lesson for us to build a harmonious socialist society today.
